【摘 要】目的：分析心理护理策略对白癜风患者不良心理的改善效果研究。方法：对本院2017年6月-2018年6月收治的32例患者按照不同护理方法均分为参照组和研究组，各16例。参照组进行常规治疗和护理，研究组在参照组基础上增加心理护理策略，比较两组的护理满意度。结果：护理后，参照组的总体满意度显著低于研究组（P<0.05），有统计学意义。结论：心理护理策略对白癜风患者不良心理的改善效果明显，提高了患者护理后的心情指数，值得在临床上大面积推广。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing strategy on the improvement of bad psychology of vitiligo patients. Methods 32 patients admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were divided into reference group and research group according to different nursing methods， with 16 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment and nursing， while the research group added psychological nursing strategies on the basis of the reference group， and compared the nursing satisfaction of the two groups. Results After nursing， the overall satisfaction of the reference group was significantly lower than that of the study group （P < 0.05）， with statistical significance. Conclusion Psychological nursing strategy can improve the bad psychology of patients with vitiligo， and improve the mood index of patients after nursing. It is worth promoting in clinical practice.

白癜風属于常见皮肤病，对患者心理和生理影响较大。这种疾病发作后容易破坏患者皮肤黏膜，对患者外观造成较大负面影响。长期心理得不到排解容易加重患者精神压力，降低患者机体内黑色素的形成，影响治疗效果。这种情况推动了心理护理策略发展，改善了患者在治疗中的不良心理情况，提高了患者治疗后的效果，具体情况如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1.一般资料

对本院2017年6月-2018年6月收治的32例患者按照不同护理方法均分为参照组和研究组，各16例。参照组男女比例为9：7;平均年龄为（36.85±10.62）岁;平均病程为（12.47±5.28）年。研究组男女比例为10：6;平均年龄为（36.71±10.25）岁;平均病程为（12.88±5.35）年。两组基线资料（P>0.05），比较价值高。

1.2方法

1.2.1参照组

采取常规治疗和护理，观察患者情况。

1.2.2研究组

在参照组基础上进行心理护理策略，具体为：①对患者进行健康宣教，让其了解病情、病因、治疗过程、注意事项等内容，结合患者情况对其进行心理疏导，让其不盲目追求治愈，遵医嘱治疗，降低患者在治疗中的痛苦和急躁的……
