【摘  要】目的：分析自动化调剂模式对门诊药房调剂质量控制的影响。方法：以2017年1月～2017年12月门诊药房调剂为研究对象，1-6月期间实施传统调剂模式，7-12月实施自动化调剂模式。对比两种调剂模式下门诊药房调剂质量。结果：自动化调剂模式下，家属平均等要时间、差错发生率低于传统模式，且调剂满意度各项评分均高于传统模式，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）结论：对门诊药房中实施自动化调剂模式，缩短了取药的等待时间，降低了差错发生率，全面提升了家属的满意度。

【Abstract】Objective：Analyze the impact of automated dispensing mode on quality control of outpatient pharmacy dispensing.Methods：  Taking the outpatient pharmacy adjustment from January 2017 to December 2017 as the research object， the traditional adjustment mode was implemented during the period from January to June， and the automatic adjustment mode was implemented from July to December. Compare the quality of outpatient pharmacy adjustments in the two adjustment modes.Results：Under the automatic adjustment mode， the average waiting time and error rate of family members were lower than the traditional mode， and the scores of adjustment satisfaction were higher than the traditional ones， and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）.Conclusion：The implementation of the automatic dispensing mode in outpatient pharmacies shortens the waiting time for taking medicines， reduces the incidence of errors， and comprehensively improves the satisfaction of family members.

门诊药房是医院中最为重要的一个部门，同时也是医院对外服务的一个形象窗口。同时，门诊还是医院医疗流程最为重要的一个环节，直接反应了医院的服务质量。但是就目前而言，医院门诊中的药剂师在工作的过程中，药品上架、取药、药品盘点以及管理已经占据了其大量的时间，以至于药剂师对患者进行用药指导时间相对减少，进而致使其药剂调剂中频频出现差错，致使护患发生纠纷。因此必须要充分改变传统的门诊药房调剂方式，不断提升药品调剂质量，以提高药房服务水平和质量^[1-2]。为了进一步研究分析自动化调剂模式对门诊药房调剂质量控制的影响，以2017年1月～2017年12月门诊药房调剂为研究对象，1-6月期间实施传统调剂模式，7-12月实施自动化调剂模式，并对两种调剂模式下的药方调剂质量进行对比研究和总结：
