【摘 要】目的：探讨OEC方案用于神经内科护理管理的价值。方法：选取我院2018年2月至2019年2月神经内科接诊的患者100例作为研究对象，将其按照数字随机表法平均分成研究组和对照组，每组分别各有50例。对照组患者接受常规神经内科护理管理，研究组患者接受OEC方案，对比两组患者对护理服务的评分和不良事件的发生情况。结果：研究组患者的不良事件发生率为0%，明显低于对照组的10%，P<0.05;研究组患者对护理服务质量的评分均高于对照组，P<0.05。结论：在神经内科护理管理中应用OEC方案能够明显改善护理服务质量，减少不良护理事件的发生，值得进一步推广应用。

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the value of OEC in the management of neurology nursing. Methods： One hundred patients who underwent neurology in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were enrolled in the study. They were divided into study group and control group according to the numerical random table method， with 50 cases in each group. The patients in the control group underwent routine neurological nursing management. The patients in the study group received the OEC protocol， and the scores of the nursing services and the occurrence of adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results： The incidence of adverse events was 0% in the study group， which was significantly lower than that in the control group （P<0.05）. The scores of the quality of care in the study group were higher than those in the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion： The application of OEC in neurological nursing management can significantly improve the quality of nursing services and reduce the occurrence of adverse nursing events， which is worthy of further promotion and application.

隨着近些年来人们生活质量的提高，对医疗护理服务的要求也在不断提高[1]。神经内科接诊的患者大多年龄较高，病情比较复杂，护理难度也相对较大[2]。提高护理服务质量和效率是所以医院管理者均要面对的重要问题。根据相关研究结果显示，通过加强神经内科的护理管理工作能够有效的降低不良事件的发生，从而提高护理的安全系数和质量[3]。OEC方案最初是应用与企业管理中，可以明显改善企业质量下滑的情况[4]。对此，本文选取我院2018年2月至2019年2月神经内科接诊的患者100例作为研究对象，探讨了OEC方案用于神经内科护理管理的价值，现将结果做出如下报告：

1 资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选取我院2018年2月至2019年2月神经内科接诊的患者100例作为研究对象，将其按照数字随机表法平均分成研究组和对照组，每组分别各有50例。研究组中男性患者29例、女性患者21例，年龄40～80岁，平均年龄（56.25±10.11）岁。对照组中男性患者28例、女性患者22例，年龄41～80岁，平均年龄（57.11±10.08）岁。……
