【摘 要】目的：探讨分析将健康教育路径融入到对乳腺癌围手术患者护理中的效果。方法：选取本院收治的86例乳腺癌患者进行此次研究，按照健康教育路径实行的前后顺序对患者进行分组，其中实施健康教育路径前的43例患者作为常规护理组，2018年01月-2019年01月期间实行健康教育路径后的43例患者作为健康教育组。比较两组患者的护理质量。结果：健康教育组患者的护理质量明显优于常规护理组患者（P<0.05）。结论：根据本次研究的结果可以确认，将健康教育路径融入到对乳腺癌围手术期患者护理中有着十分显著的作用，具有推广价值。

【abstract】 objective to explore and analyze the effect of integrating health education path into the nursing of perioperative breast cancer patients. Selection methods in our hospital treated 86 cases of breast cancer patients in this study， according to the before and after health education path in order to group of patients， including the implementation of health education path in front of the 43 patients as usual care group， jan 01， 2018-2019， during the implementation of health education path as 43 patients health education after the group. The nursing quality of the two groups was compared. Results the nursing quality of health education group was significantly better than that of conventional nursing group ，Statistically significant（P < 0.05）. Conclusion according to the results of this study， it can be confirmed that the integration of health education pathway has a very significant role in the perioperative nursing of breast cancer patients， which has a value of promotion.

選取本院收治的86例乳腺癌患者进行此次研究，旨在探讨分析将健康教育路径融入到对乳腺癌围手术患者护理中的效果。现做如下报道。

1 资料与方法

1.1一般资料

本次研究选取我院神经外科在2016年8月至2017年8月在我院接受治疗的22急性期破裂性颅内动脉瘤患者，将全部的患者分为参照组（n=17例）以及试验组（n=5例）。全部患者的年龄区间为28到71岁，平均年龄为47.5（s=9.2）岁。比较两组患者的一般资料，统计学意义不成立（P>0.05）。

1.2方法

两组患者都接受常规围手术期护理，在这个基础上，对健康教育组患者配合健康教育路径，教育方式包括机体口头教育、书面教育、相关专家讲座、参观走廊宣传画以及由康复患者“现身说法”等。教育的主要内容有：第一，乳腺癌的基础知识;第二，采用保乳术的临床治疗效果;第三，在术后会出现的不良反应以及防治措施;第四，有关乳腺癌的防治知识;第五，术后缓解心理障碍以及心理康复的知识[2]。
