【摘 要】目的：探明血脂检验对糖尿病病患的临床诊断价值。方法： 选我院184例糖尿病患者作为研究组，并选健康体检者159例为对照组，均给予血糖和血脂检查，比较检查结果。结果：对比指标结果发现，较对照组，研究组的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、TC、TG、LDL-C结果均较高，HDL-C检查结果较低，差异显著，P<0.05，有统计学意义。结论：对糖尿病病患进行血脂检查有助于准确掌握病患的病情，为医院制定方案提供依据。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical diagnostic value of blood lipid test in diabetic patients. Methods A total of 184 patients with diabetes mellitus in our hospital were selected as the study group， and 159 healthy controls were selected as the control group. Blood glucose and blood lipids were examined and the results were compared. Results The results of the comparison index showed that compared with the control group， the fasting blood glucose， postprandial 2h blood glucose， TC， TG， LDL-C results were higher in the study group， and the HDL-C test results were lower， the difference was significant， P<0.05， there were statistics. Learning meaning. Conclusion Blood lipid testing for diabetic patients can help to accurately understand the patients condition and provide a basis for the hospital to develop a plan.

因人们的生活、饮食习惯的改变导致我国糖尿病的例数呈现出逐年上升的趋势，也呈现出年轻化趋势。糖尿病是一种代谢紊乱综合征，以血糖显著升高为主要特征，临床症状主要有疲乏无力、多食、多饮、消瘦以及多尿等，其病发主要与遗传因素、环境因素、自身免疫因素等因素相关[1～2]。糖尿病是一种慢性疾病，如若不能及时治疗，则会胰岛素/胰高血糖素比值降低，引起蛋白酶活性出现变化，导致脂肪酸过多，引发脂代谢紊乱，出现脂高血症，引发动脉粥样硬化，出现心血管疾病;而且疾病后期容易出现并发症，降低生活质量，严重者甚至威胁病患的生命安全[3～4]。本次实验主要研究血脂檢验对糖尿病患者的临床诊断价值，具体报道如下。

1 临床资料

1.1一般资料 对我院2018年1月-2019年4月期间的看病人员进行统计，在病患中选出符合纳入标准的184例研究对象作为研究组，另外在我院体检科中选出健康人159例作为对照组，对研究对象均给予血糖和血脂检查。纳入研究组病患需符合经病患和家属同意、签署知情同意书、符合糖尿病临床诊断标准、年龄大于18岁。……
