【摘 要】目的：探讨分析剖宫产手术护理中出现的风险以及具体的应对护理措施。方法：选取本院收治的84例接受剖宫产术生产的待产妇开展本次试验研究，全部患者通过数字表法进行平均分组，分别为观察组42例和对照组42例。比较两组患者的风险事件发生率以及患者满意度。结果：观察组产妇的风险事件发生率以及患者满意度均明显优于对照组产妇，（P<0.05）。 结论：根据本次研究的结果可以确认，在剖宫产手术护理中融入风险管理制度，可以有效的预防风险事件，提高产妇的护理满意度，具有临床推广价值。

【abstract】 objective to explore and analyze the risks and specific nursing measures in the nursing of cesarean section. Methods a total of 84 expectant mothers receiving cesarean section in our hospital were selected to carry out this study. All the patients were divided into 42 cases in the observation group and 42 cases in the control group by means of the number table method. Risk event rates and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results the incidence of risk events and patient satisfaction in the observation group were significantly better than that in the control group （P < 0.05）. Conclusion according to the results of this study， it can be confirmed that integrating risk management system into the nursing care of cesarean section can effectively prevent risk events and improve maternal nursing satisfaction， which has clinical promotion value.

本文选取本院收治的84例接受剖宫产术生产的待产妇开展本次试验研究，旨在探讨分析剖宫产手术护理中出现的风险以及具体的应对护理措施。现做如下报道。

1 资料和方法

1.1一般资料

选取本院收治的84例接受剖宫产术生产的待产妇开展本次试验研究，全部患者通过数字表法进行平均分组，分别为观察组42例和对照组42例。观察组产妇的年龄区间为23到43岁，平均年龄为32.4（s=4.3）岁，其中经产妇18例，初产妇24例;对照组产妇的年龄区间为22到44岁，平均年龄为33.1（s=4.5）岁，其中经产妇20例，初产妇22例。比较两组患者的一般资料无显著差异（P>0.05），可以用做对比实验。

1.2方法

对照组患者接受常规基础护理干预。在这个基础上，对观察组患者实施风险管理制度，主要流程为：首先，分析导致患者出现风险事件的原因，主要包括手术室护理人员配置不足、护理人员能力较差以及手术室内查制度不完善等。所以，针对各种出现的问题，提出有针对性的护理干预措施[1]。主……
