【摘 要】目的：探究手术室保温护理在胃癌根治术中的应用体会。方法：从本院实施胃癌根治术的患者中选取86例参研究，并随机分成两组，平均各43例，为对照组实施常规护理，为观察组实施保温护理，对比两组患者手术中体温变化情况。结果：观察组患者体温变化幅度小于对照组，组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：在胃癌根治手术治疗过程中加强保温护理，可以保持患者体温稳定性。

【Abstract】Objective Experience of application of thermal insulation nursing in radical operation of gastric cancer. Methods 86 patients were randomly divided into two groups， with 43 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing， and the observation group received heat preservation nursing. The changes of body temperature in the two groups were compared.Results The change range of body temperature in the observation group was less than that in the control group， and there was significant difference between the two groups（P<0.05）.Conclusion Enhancing the thermal insulation nursing during radical gastric cancer surgery can release the patients body temperature stability.

在临床诊疗中胃癌属于一种高发性恶性肿瘤，由于这种病症的根治手术操作过程耗时较长，且患者处于全麻状态，各项身体机能无法正常运转，极易导致其发生体温下降的情况。患者体温过低造成的直接表现就是发寒颤，增加其机体能量消耗，进而出现应激反应，致使患者术后苏醒时间延长。因此，在手术过程中加强为患者实施保温护理具有十分重要的作用。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

从本院2017年3月至2018年6月间进行胃癌根治手术治疗的患者中选取86例参与本次研究，并随机将其分成两组，平均各43例。对照组女患19例，男患24例，患者年龄在35-71岁之间，平均为（52.33±5.47）岁;观察组女患22例，男患21例，患者年龄在37-69岁之间，平均为（43.57±4.56）岁。对比两组患者年龄、性别等一般资料无差异，无统计学意义（P>0.05），具有可比性。全体患者在参与研究前需经过严格的临床检查，确保各项生命指标符合研究要求，且详细向患者及家属讲述研究事项，并要求患者自愿签署相关知情、同意文件。
