【摘 要】随着政府服务民生能力的不断提高，近年来市政工程数量也越来越多。在市政施工中，施工现场管理是非常重要的，因为其直接影响到工程施工质量与效益。因此，施工单位必须要深入、全面地研究市政工程施工现场管理难点，然后，有针对性地采取有效策略，以确保市政工程整体质量与效益顺利实现。

Talking about the Difficulties and Strategies of Municipal Engineering Construction Site Management

【Abstract】With the continuous improvement of the government's ability to serve people's livelihood， the number of municipal projects has increased in recent years. In municipal construction， construction site management is very important because it directly affects the quality and efficiency of construction. Therefore， the construction unit must thoroughly and comprehensively study the management difficulties of the municipal construction site， and then adopt effective strategies to ensure the overall quality and efficiency of the municipal project are realized smoothly.

市政工程与国计民生息息相关，是城市和城镇建设的重要基础设施工程。其涵盖的内容比较多，涉及的范围也比较广，如交通设施、园林绿化设施、公共给水排水设施、公共服务设施等。为更好地满足人民群众的需求，近年来，国家加快了市政工程建设步伐，在该领域投入的人力、物力等明显增加。但由于市政工程规模的不断扩大、工艺日趋复杂，加上影响因素比较多，使得工程施工现场管理难度比较大，必须要采取有针对性的策略，才能减少施工安全隐患，提高工程质量与效益。

1. 市政工程施工現场管理的重要性分析

施工现场管理是工程施工的重要内容，对于施工质量与施工安全，都具有极大的影响。市政工程是一项影响民生的重要工程，合理的施工现场管理，可以保障市政工程的整体质量，使得现场施工人员的施工行为得到有效规范，从而减少施工不达标问题的发生率，减少返工现象，从而节约投资成本，提高施工效率，缩短施工工期，保证施工顺利、有序地开展。……
