【摘 要】餐饮空间装饰设计在近几年取得了较大的进步，主题餐厅、自助餐厅等餐厅类型的装饰层出不穷，然而在餐厅装饰设计取得进步的同时，我们也不能忽略了具有中华民族传统民族性的气节。水墨艺术作为一种艺术的表现方式在近些年被逐渐引入到餐饮空间的设计中去，餐饮空间与水墨艺术相结合能够产生出一种民族性的艺术价值，这对于我们当今发展餐饮空间设计的同时弘扬传统文化有着积极的意义。本文以水墨艺术及其发展作为出发点，对水墨艺术在餐饮空间设计中的应用进行了一系列的相关理论性的研究。

【Abstract】The decoration design of dining space has made great progress in recent years. The decoration of restaurant types such as theme restaurants and cafeterias is endless. However， while the decoration design of the restaurant has made progress， we can not neglect the traditional festival of Chinese nationality. . As an expression of art， ink art has gradually been introduced into the design of dining space in recent years. The combination of dining space and ink art can produce a national artistic value， which is designed for our current development of dining space. At the same time， promoting traditional culture has positive significance. This article takes ink art and its development as the starting point， and conducts a series of related theoretical research on the application of ink art in the design of dining space.

1. 水墨藝术的探究

（1）水墨是中国画的一种表现形式。一般指用水和墨所作的画。通过墨色丰富的变化表现其艺术效果。中国的水墨艺术最早可以追溯到殷商时期，许多甲骨上是用墨来雕刻的。到了清代，文人墨士水墨画带入了一番新的天地，其中很多大胆的艺术形式变革在当时引起一阵轰动，也为后人研究水墨艺术起到了很好的参考作用。

（2）水墨艺术主要有三种形式，分别是传统水墨、现代水墨、实验水墨。传统水墨基于深厚的文化底蕴，向现代传送着悠久的文化传统。传统水墨追求笔墨的深度表达，但这也造成了传统水墨的一些问题，其在面临“现代性”时表现出来的消极性的态度。现代水墨通过不断的寻找新的方法与途径来转换水墨艺术，主张中西调和。……
