【摘 要】本论文通过对庐山西海国际艺术学院的历史与现状，以及保护与再利用的改造策略与设计方法进行探究和分析，实地调研滨水区状况、参与滨水区的前期概念设计与概念改造设计，主要从滨水区整体规划、空间形态与构造、景观特色节点等多个方面进行分析，总结出利用滨水区改造成具有一定地域文化和地域特色的改造设计方法。

Awakening and Rebirth——The Conceptual Design of Waterfront Landscape of Xihai International Art College in Lushan

【Abstract】This thesis explores and analyzes the history and current situation of the Xihai International Art Institute of Daishan， as well as the transformation strategy and design method of protection and reuse， and investigates the status of the waterfront area and participates in the preliminary conceptual design and conceptual transformation design of the waterfront. It mainly analyzes the overall planning， spatial form and structure of the waterfront area， and the characteristic nodes of the landscape， and summarizes the transformation design method that uses the waterfront area to transform into a certain regional culture and regional characteristics.

1. 场地概况

1.1 基地背景：

基地位于江西省九江市武宁县庐山西海国际艺术学院的沿西海滨水观景区，该区位是以休闲观景区、休息区、行政工作区、道路、滨水沿岸为一体的公共景观滨水地带，但由于该公共开放空间与人的行为互动性弱，导致该景区景观规划带环境也因此受到“搁置”而产生一定程度的影响，该滨水区域所应具备的人群互动性、多功能利用性、船舶停靠码头区的多功能性滨水景观带锁渐渐被人们遗忘，本方案围绕对现状的前期场地分析，中期草图设计与方案深化，与后期方案的未来思考将庐山西海艺术营滨水景观区唤醒与重生。

1.2 现状调研：

（1）庐山西海国际艺术学院滨水区位于江西省九江市横路乡，南临西海，北靠幕阜山，滨水区风景优美，在自然环境的围合下她恰似镶嵌在青山绿水中的一颗璀璨的明珠。该区域周边目前现状为停车秩序的混乱、植被覆盖杂乱、观景台视线范围不足、游泳区驳岸设计不足、道路至沿岸的高差仅由三条抖而窄的楼梯相互贯通、以及船舶停靠码头的设施设备不足。……
