【摘 要】随着社会经济的发展进步，我国逐渐加快了道路交通建设步伐。在道路交通工程建设中，公路隧道施工是非常关键的，采用先进的施工技术可以提高施工质量，收到降本增效的目的。本文先分析了喷湿技术施工工艺，然后，以具体项目为例，对其在公路隧道中的具体应用进行了研究，以供参考。

Application of Wet Spray Technology in Highway Tunnel Construction

【Abstract】With the development of social economy， China has gradually accelerated the pace of road traffic construction. In the construction of road traffic engineering， the construction of highway tunnels is very important. The advanced construction technology can improve the construction quality and receive the purpose of reducing costs and increasing efficiency. This paper first analyzes the construction technology of the spray technology， and then takes the specific project as an example to study its specific application in the highway tunnel for reference.

公路隧道建设主要的施工工序为开挖、初期支护、钢拱架支护、二衬衬砌、隧道路面、隧道内部装修。隧道初期施工常用的方法为干喷工艺，这种施工工艺具有明显的特点，如粉尘污染严重，对施工人员的身体健康有影响;回弹量比较大，无法保证喷射混凝土的质量，无法提高公路隧道的质量保障。现今，湿喷技术在公路隧道建设中得到了越来越广泛的应用，利用湿喷技术可大幅提高施工速度与喷射混凝土质量，减小回弹量，降低工作对员工身体健康的影响，因而极具推广应用价值。

1. 喷湿技术施工工艺

（1）第一，主要原材料的选择。在长大扁平公路的隧道项目建设中所采用的原材料主要有：水泥，细集料，粗骨料及速凝剂。其中水泥应选用符合工程质量要求的类型，如硅酸盐水泥，可以提高施工的质量。采购人员也应按照相关的标准要求采购细集料及粗骨料，公路隧道的质量严重影响着人们的交通安全，原材料是保障工程质量的第一要求，因此管理人员应严格把关原材料的质量。
