【摘 要】JQL185架桥机为轮胎走行一次性过孔、尾部喂梁、同步拖拉取梁、简支架梁、一次性落梁，解体后满足公路运输要求，不受铁路运输限制，故能广泛应用于铁路T梁架设，由于梁场位置和线下施工工期等因素影响，很难实现按照同一方向架梁，架桥机调头施工在所难免，简单实用，安全快速高效的一次性整体调头方案是我们期望的目标。

【Abstract】JQL185 bridging machine is a one-time through-hole， tail-feeding beam， synchronous dragging beam， simple bracket beam and disposable drop beam. It can meet the requirements of road transportation after disintegration and is not restricted by railway transportation. Therefore， it can be widely used in railway T. 1. 设备参数

1.1 运梁车和驮架情况简介（LYC200T运梁车见图1）。

LYC200T轮胎式运梁车，是由两个分别独立的运行机构（主动车、被动车）组成的运输机械，由主动车和被动车两个独立的运行系统组成。主动车由发动机、车架体、轮胎、动力传动装置、液

压转向装置等组成。被动车由车架体、轮胎、转向装置等组成。主动车由发动机驱动前进，被动车受向前的摩擦力前进。该运梁车横坡2%的坡度，纵坡5%，主车的转弯半径为12m，总重，共有32个轮胎，总重26T

主车的最大外形尺寸为7295×2805×2280，

副车的最大外形尺寸为4925×2805×1510（扁担见图2）。

扁担梁长4930mm，高600mm，驮架高1460，增高节高220mm，扁担和驮架总重8T（驮架见图3）

1.2 架桥机情况简介。

（1）JQL185架桥机最大起重量185T，架桥机自重187T，JQL185 型架桥机为双主梁双跨式铁路 T 梁架桥机，主要由主梁、一号柱、二号柱、三号柱、四号柱、起重小车、液压系统和电气系统（含司机室）几个主要部件组成。其中一号柱与主梁前端铰接，二号柱利用托挂轮系与主梁进行连接三号柱带走行轮组，与主梁固结，四号柱与主梁后端梁通过滑槽连接。
