【摘 要】广州市152条黑臭河涌城中村污水治理工程是广东省“三年治水行动”中的极其重要的一项内容，其中城中村为重中之重，本项目所实施的为广州市白云区小坪村、棠涌村城中村污水综合治理项目，项目包含提升泵井一项，深度7.2m，混凝土厚度50cm，外半径4.5m，内半径4m。通过设计交底及图纸会审等工作，确定本工程采用逆作法进行施工，采用逆作法即从上至下进行井壁混凝土施工，采用抽排水的方式提供无水施工面，相比较开挖到底从下至上进行施工的工艺，逆作法可以降低深基坑施工过程坑壁坍塌的风险，同时可不必搭设高脚手架，方便施工，逆作法的施工前提是地下无涌水或涌水量小。但该区域城中村房屋较为陈旧，基础埋深较浅，持续抽排水会对房屋结构造成破坏，如何保证施工安全，不危及周围房屋安全，科学、合理、经济的进行施工，是一个实际的问题，本文在该种情况之下进行研究写作。

【Abstract】The 152 black odor rivers in the city of Guangzhou City is a very important part of the "Three Years Water Control Action" in Guangdong Province. Among them， Chengzhong Village is the most important. The project implemented by Guangzhou Baiyun District Xiaoping Village and Quyong Village Chengzhong Village Sewage Comprehensive Treatment Project， the project includes a pumping well， with a depth of 7.2m， a concrete thickness of 50cm， an outer radius of 4.5m and an inner radius of 4m. Through the design of the design and the review of the drawings， it is determined that the project is constructed by the reverse method. The reverse construction method is used to carry out the concrete construction of the shaft wall from top to bottom， and the waterless drainage surface is used to provide the waterless construction surface. The construction process of the supremacy can reduce the risk of collapse of the pit wall during the construction of the deep foundation pit. At the same time， it is not necessary to set up high scaffolding to facilitate the construction. The premise of the reverse construction method is that there is no water in the ground or a small amount of water inflow. However， the houses in the urban villages in the area are relatively old and the foundation is shallow. The continuous drainage will cause damage to the structure of the house. How to ensure the safety of construction and not endanger the safety of surrounding houses， scientific， reasonable and economical construction is a practical problem. This article conducts research writing under this circumstance.
