【摘 要】在城市轨道交通建设中，轨道铺设机作为其中一种重要设备，起着承上启下的关键作用，对轨道铺设有着至关重要的作用。那么，如何保证铺轨的安全与施工进度，这是一个很重要的问题。由于现代化的地铁铺轨工序大多使用机械铺轨，那么机械设备性能是否先进是影响铺轨安全和进度的关键。轨道铺设机作为轨道“机铺法”施工的关键设备，承担着预制轨排、钢筋笼以及其它施工物料的运输和混凝土浇筑的施工任务。

【Abstract】In the construction of urban rail transit， the track laying machine， as one of the important equipments， plays a key role in the connection and has a vital role in the track laying. Then， how to ensure the safety of the track laying and construction progress is an important issue. Since most of the modern subway track laying processes use mechanical track laying， whether the mechanical equipment performance is advanced is the key to affecting the safety and progress of the track laying. As a key equipment for the construction of the track "machine shop"， the track laying machine undertakes the construction tasks of prefabricated rail rows， steel cages and other construction materials transportation and concrete pouring.

1. 前言

（1）自從2004年全面投入地铁轨道施工至今，轨道铺设机已经历了数次更新换代，虽然每一次更新都能在一定程度上提高工作效率，减轻劳动强度，但始终没能摆脱供电电缆，设备有效施工距离受卷缆长度和供电线路压降双重限制，对施工效率的提高有很大影响，而且380V的交流电压在施工中对人身存在安全隐患。

（2）任何机械设备都是在发展更新的，轨道铺设机也不例外。自从21世纪我国地铁进入建设热潮后，轨道铺设机已经经过了数次的改进，每一次改进都能很好的提高工作效率。

（3）我公司在福州轨道交通2号线铺轨Ⅰ标施工过程中，依据现场实际情况及以前的电瓶轨道铺设机的使用经验，在满足现行工况的情况下，大胆自主尝试和创新使用新型的电瓶轨道铺设机进行机铺作业。在使用过程中不断摸索、反复总结并不断改进，逐渐完善了设备各项功能与性能指标，以更好地适应机铺作业施工。……
