【摘 要】对于工程建设而言，工程档案强化对整个工程全过程内容的呈现，事关工程质量的评定与核查，同时也与工程的后期使用与维护息息相关。立足新时期建设工程档案资源，完整性与准确性、规范性是建设工程档案管理的基本要求，是档案管理者需要引起重视的问题。本文以建设工程档案管理工作实践为基础，全面探索了提升建设工程档案的完整性与规范性的策略，以期提升建设工程档案归档效果，提高档案管理水平，为档案资源的高效利用奠定坚实基础，更好地发挥其服务社会的价值。

【Abstract】For engineering construction， the project archives strengthen the presentation of the whole process of the whole project， which is related to the evaluation and verification of the project quality， and is also closely related to the later use and maintenance of the project. Based on the construction project archives resources in the new era， the integrity， accuracy and standardization are the basic requirements for the construction project archives management， and it is a problem that the file managers need to pay attention to. Based on the construction project archive management work practice， this paper comprehensively explores the strategy of improving the integrity and standardization of construction project archives， in order to improve the archiving effect of construction project archives， improve the level of archive management， and lay a solid foundation for the efficient use of archive resources. 对于工程建设而言，工程档案是对整个建设工程活动的全过程记录与反映，与工程项目后期管理与维护关系紧密，并提供依据性作用。为了有效发挥工程档案这一功能，要重视加强工程档案管理工作，尤其是维护档案的完整性与规范性，这也是新时期档案管理部门工作重点，需要给予高度关注，从而在根本上为整个行业的发展提供更加可靠与有力的依据。

1. 工程建设档案完整性与规范性的基本要求

（1）完整性要求工程建设档案。

全过程的反映，力求文件的全面性对于建设工程，完整性与规范性是影响档案质量的核心要素。具体来讲，对于完整性，强调文件资料齐全，凸显系统性的特点，能够实现对整个建设工程全过程的体现。因此，要囊括工程前期的准备调研材料，又要涵盖施工进程中所有技术性文件，工程竣工文件也不可或缺。……
