【摘 要】“一带一路”国家发展战略的大背景下，国内文化旅游产业的发展迎来了巨大的机遇，同时也面临着一些挑战和困境。古村落，古城景区的文化传统氛围浓厚，历史遗迹众多，具有优质的环境去发展古城旅行。但是随着文化旅行的商业化急促发展，许多古城开发项目定位不准确、缺乏长远规划以及地域特色挖掘不足导致面临的同质化困境日渐凸显。本文以青州古城为例论述国内古城开发的同质化困境以及原因，并针对性地展望未来的解决途径。

The Characteristic and Regional Exploration of the Design of Ancient City Space——Taking Qingzhou Ancient City as an Example

【Abstract】Under the background of the "One Belt， One Road" national development strategy， the development of the domestic cultural tourism industry has ushered in tremendous opportunities， but also faces some challenges and dilemmas. Ancient villages， the ancient city scenic area has a strong cultural tradition， numerous historical sites， and a high-quality environment to develop ancient city travel. However， with the rapid development of the commercialization of cultural travel， many of the ancient city development projects are not accurate， lack of long-term planning and the lack of regional characteristics to lead to the emergence of homogenization difficulties. This paper takes the ancient city of Qingzhou as an example to discuss the homogenization dilemma and reasons of the development of the ancient city in China， and to focus on the future solutions.

中国传统城市空间建设历史悠久，成果璀璨，而作为古“九州”之一的青州，更是汇集了自古以来文人墨客的思想精髓。古城旅行項目的开发，应该考虑能不能淋漓尽致地向大众展现出这座古老的文化城市的历史积淀，传统文化是否融于市民日常生活的环境空间之中，以及古城开发存在什么突出的问题。

1. 青州的传统城市环境特色

古城最具影响的十里古街，南北贯穿蜿蜒，留存了明清时期的历史街道，大量明清时期的古建筑遗留，其中昭德古街最为有名。当地伊斯兰人聚居街区、驿站会馆或是偶园等私家园林府邸，灰墙红瓦的鲁派建筑，建筑形制中规中矩，主次有序。回族街区的阿拉伯风格的清真寺，加上天主教堂和基督教堂的融入，构成独特的空间肌理，是当地多民族生活痕迹的历史缩影。
