【摘 要】随着通信技术的更新换代，通信已经从传统的人与人之间的通信演变为人与物、物与物之间的通信，万物互联时代已然来临。通信企业面对新技术持续更新换代、新业务不断拓展，网络的安全性和稳健性已经显得越来越重要，业务支撑系统的稳定运行将是网络正常运行的重要保障。如何建设一张保障有效的业务支撑网网管系统成为各运营商面临的问题。

Design and implementation process of business support network management system

【Abstract】With the upgrading of communication technology， communication has evolved from traditional human-to-human communication to communication between people and things， things and things， and the Internet of Everything has come. In the face of new technologies and continuous expansion of new technologies， the security and robustness of the network has become more and more important. The stable operation of the business support system will be an important guarantee for the normal operation of the network. How to build an effective and effective business support network management system has become a problem faced by various operators.

1. 引言

傳统网管的功能主要实现对主机、数据库、交换机、路由器状态、系统软件等运行状态的监控，完成各项业务的管理，比如账务管理、计费，经营数据报表、营业、投诉管理、批价结算等。随着市场变化的日新月异，业务处理的需求也逐渐多样化，对于网管系统的需求也日趋完善。要求网管系统中各模块之间的信息需要互联，网管系统也不再仅仅局限于各级部门单位的内部使用。

2. 业务支撑网网管系统设计思路

在研究现有的网管系统的基础上，结合通信企业用户当前对业务支撑网网管系统的实际工作需要，以通信企业针对业务支撑网网管系统的发展而新颁布的规范标准为依据，按照总体规划，分步实施的总体思路进行系统设计。

（1）第一阶段：搭建基础平台、实现主动管理。

搭建业务支撑网网管系统的基础功能，实现对重点流程的固化支撑，建设统一的配置数据资产与配置信息的集中管理，基本满足流程运作和监控要求。……
