【摘 要】随着电信运营商在承载网上的投入不断增加，互联网家宽带用户规模的发展壮大，随之进行业务深入发展，由流量带来收入已成为现实。为了给用户提供高质量、快速度体验，同时通过CDN平台开放能力、实现差异化服务成为网络演进发展的必然趋势。但视频的高码率、高需求、高并发的特点，会导致传统建设模式的运营成本增高。本文对电信网络CDN建设模式进行探讨，对电信CDN网络建设提供借鉴。

Discussion on the Construction of Telecom Operators' CDN Network

【Abstract】As telecom operators continue to increase their investment in the bearer network， the scale of Internet home broadband users has grown， and the business has developed in depth. It has become a reality that traffic has generated revenue. In order to provide users with high-quality， fast experience， and through the CDN platform open capabilities， to achieve differentiated services has become an inevitable trend of network evolution. However， the high bit rate， high demand and high concurrency of video will lead to increased operating costs of the traditional construction mode. This paper discusses the construction mode of telecom network CDN and provides reference for the construction of telecom CDN network.

1. 电信CDN网络

1.1 CDN即内容分发网络。是搭建在承载网上，由分布在不同地点的节点服务器群组成的虚拟网络。通过增加一层新的网络建构于现有互联网，将网络内容发布到最接近用户的网络“边缘”，使用户可以就近取得内容，解决互联网拥挤，提高服务质量。其实质是构建网中网。

1.2 按照应用场景的不同，可以将CDN业务种类分为：

（1）IP视频服务：视频加速、视频点播及直播。

（2）自营业务：游戏、音乐、自营视频等业务。

（3）互联网业务： OTT视频加速、合作签约网站、文件上传下载、大小文件加速等。

（4）政企行业应用：流量增值经营、CDN能力出租等。

1.3 基本思路就是尽可能避开互联网上有可能影响数据传输速度和稳定性的瓶颈和环节，使内容传输的更快、更稳。通过用户就近性和服务器负载的判断，CDN确保内容以一钟极为高效的方式为用户的请求提供服务（见图1）。

1.4 融合CDN业务可以解决传统建设模式中的资源浪费、成本高等问题，解决Cashe业务的问题，业务流量组播下沉，调度灵活，实现业务Qos服务。……
