【摘 要】随着我国建筑行业的迅猛发展，建筑业在我国经济发展中扮演着越来越重要的角色，已有无法撼动的地位。而建筑工程技术的管理水平是建筑行业中不容忽视的环节，它决定了建筑工程的质量、企业的效益，影响着人们的生产生活，对整个建筑行业的发展也有着重要的作用。但技术管理并不是一件简单的工作。本文将从建筑工程技术管理的重要性，目前存在的问题着手进行分析，并就实践体会探讨做好技术管理的方法。

【Abstract】With the rapid development of China's construction industry， the construction industry has played an increasingly important role in China's economic development， and it has been unable to shake its position. The management level of construction engineering technology is a link that cannot be ignored in the construction industry. It determines the quality of construction engineering， the efficiency of enterprises， affects people's production and life， and plays an important role in the development of the entire construction industry. But technical management is not a simple job. This article will start with the importance of construction engineering technology management， the existing problems， and discuss the methods of technical management.

目前，我国大规模增加基础设施的建设，城市化进程也大步向前，建筑行业的地位逐渐提高。面对如此大的诱惑，许多人投身到建筑行业，建筑企业和单位也越来越多，而且呈现出鱼龙混杂的状态。如何让自己的企业在激烈的市场拼杀中生存下来，这是一個残酷的问题。所以，企业要从工程质量着手，通过提高工程技术管理的水平，加强管理力度，依靠先进的技术知识保证工程质量，向社会交出满意的作品，从而提高自己的经济效益和知名度，在竞争中立于不败之地。

1. 建筑工程技术管理的重要地位

（1）建筑工程技术管理影响着企业的综合管理水平。

建筑工程技术管理的水平直接体现着建筑企业的综合管理水平。好的技术管理方式不仅可以预防工程质量问题，还能降低企业的事故成本，从而使企业的经济利益得到大幅度提高。不仅如此，科学的建筑工程技术管理措施对工程的顺利进行、保证工程质量、控制工程成本、调度施工材料及人员等都有不可忽视的作用。……
