【摘 要】蒲州街道汤家桥村（双车头）城中村改造工程，住宅楼为装配式混凝土剪力墙结构，外墙采用预制墙板、楼板采用叠合楼板、阳台、楼梯、空调板等均为预制构件。 转换层钢筋定位技术是装配式结构生产、施工的关键所在。可调式钢筋定位框该固定方式牢固，支腿与定位框之间无需焊接即可固定，避免钢筋偏位、钢筋预留长度错误。在PC 墙板吊装过程起到了较好的定位及垂直度校正作用，构件安装精度高，循环利用次数较多。慢慢的取代了传统的模板定位框模式，提高了施工工效，节省了施工成本。

【Abstract】The renovation of the urban village of Tangjiaqiao Village （Double-headed） in Puzhou Street， the residential building is a prefabricated concrete shear wall structure， the prefabricated wall panels are used for the outer wall， and the laminated slabs， balconies， stairs， air-conditioning panels， etc. are prefabricated components. The conversion layer reinforcement positioning technology is the key to the production and construction of the assembly structure. The adjustable steel bar positioning frame is firmly fixed， and the leg and the positioning frame can be fixed without welding， so as to avoid the deviation of the steel bar and the reserved length of the steel bar. In the PC wall panel lifting process， it has a good positioning and verticality correction function， the component installation precision is high， and the recycling times are many. Slowly replaced the traditional template positioning frame mode， improving construction efficiency and saving construction costs.

1. 工程概况

蒲州街道汤家桥村（双车头）城中村改造工程，位于温州市龙湾区蒲州街道，北侧为南龙锦园，西侧为景绣湾家园，南侧为 瑞嘉佳园，东侧为双车路，场地内现为空地。基础形式为钻孔灌注桩基础，地下室建筑面积24390m2，总建筑面积约100351.9m2。本工程6栋高层住宅，其中4栋从四层开始进生PC结构施工，PC主要构件包括预制墙板、楼板采用叠合楼板、阳台、楼梯、空调板等，由于墙板通过定位钢筋插入预埋套筒内进行定位安装，施工过程中，很难避免定位筋偏位問题。

2. 工艺流程及施工要点

2.1 预制墙板安装工艺流程。

放线→模板支架安装→梁板钢筋绑扎→确定墙体连接钢筋位置→固定结构转换层钢筋定位框→插入墙体连接钢筋→固定→浇筑混凝土→放线→清理安装基底→封堵条固定与座浆料铺设→构件底部垫片设置→构件吊装安放→斜向支撑→构件调整对齐→接缝周围封堵→轴线尺寸校核→注浆
