【摘 要】随着我国高层建筑的发展，电梯安装质量的重要性越来越受到人们的关注，由此也对电梯安装工艺提出了更高的要求。当前，安装电梯的方式有两种，一种是传统的有脚手架电梯安装，一种是无脚手架电梯安装。与传统的电梯安装方式相比，无脚手架电梯安装具有极为明显的优势，但是这安装过程中安全问题比较多，因此，在安装过程中要格外的注意。本文对两种电梯安装方式进行了对比，并简单的介绍了无脚手架电梯安装流程，最后对容易出现的问题制定了解决措施。

Common problems and solutions in the installation of scaffolding without elevators

【Abstract】With the development of high-rise buildings in China， the importance of elevator installation quality has attracted more and more people's attention， which also puts forward higher requirements for elevator installation technology. Currently， there are two ways to install an elevator. One is the traditional scaffolding elevator installation， and the other is a scaffolding elevator installation. Compared with the traditional elevator installation method， the installation without scaffolding has obvious advantages， but there are many safety problems during the installation process. Therefore， special attention should be paid during the installation process. This paper compares the two elevator installation methods， and briefly introduces the installation process of the scaffolding elevator， and finally solves the problems that are easy to occur.

所谓无脚手架安装，就是指将过去在电梯井道中搭设脚手架的方法改变，从始至终都不搭设脚手架，而是利用电梯安装活动平台来进行电梯安装工作。与传统的有脚手架安装相比，无脚手架安装能够使电梯安装成本降低，而且还可以保证电梯安装的质量及电梯的安全性，属于新型的电梯安装方式。但是由于各个方面因素的影响，使得无脚手架电梯安装还存在着一些问题，危害到了人身安全，因此，在进行安装时，一定要严格的按照安装工艺来进行。

1. 传统的有脚手架电梯安装方式与无脚手架电梯安装方式的对比

（1）在利用脚手架进行电梯安装时，要在电梯井道内搭设脚手架，搭设完成之后才能开展电梯安装，搭设脚手架的成本极高，约占总成本的20%左右，而且在电梯完工之后，需要用4天左右的时间来拆卸脚手架。……
