【摘 要】土地的面积是有限的，开发利用是无限的，随着城市的建设，土地的紧张及进一步充分发挥土地的综合利用率，使高层建筑正在日益成为城市建设的主体。由于高层建筑的投入相对多层大，且施工周期长，混凝土浇筑量大，工程质量等方面有它的特殊性，本文从进一步加强质量角度出发，谈谈高层建筑的施工技术。

【Abstract】The area of land is limited， and the development and utilization is unlimited. With the construction of the city， the tension of the land and the full utilization of the comprehensive utilization of the land， the high-rise buildings are increasingly becoming the mainstay of urban construction. Because the investment in high-rise buildings is relatively large， and the construction period is long， the concrete pouring amount is large， and the engineering quality has its particularity. This paper discusses the construction technology of high-rise buildings from the perspective of further strengthening the quality.

我国有960万平方公里的国土面积，其中可利用开发的土地仅为1/10，包括农业、林业、牧业，城市的建设，土地日趋减少，因此发展高层建筑，减少占地，充分利用空间，这是城市发展的主要发展方向。同时施工为了提高经济效益，不断对楼的层数进行提高，高层建筑工程的施工质量不仅关系到人们的日常生活和财产安全，而且还关系到人们的生命。从近几年来看，我国消费者协会公布的被消费者投诉最多的十大类商品中，房屋住宅质量问题一直位居前列，可见，建筑施工质量问题已经成为公众所关注的焦点，因而建筑施工中的施工技术和管理措施也就显得格外重要。一个建筑工程质量的好坏，施工技术是其关键。好的技术会提升建筑物的质量，而差技术有可能导致建筑的坍塌。下文将对建筑施工中的一些常用技术做出具体分析。

1. 建筑施工技术的重要作用

近几年来，建筑市场企业之间的竞争非常激烈，获得更大的发展空间，就必须依靠科技来武装自身的实力。目前，国内建筑行业的整体技术水平仍然比较落后，无法有效地保障建筑工程的质量安全，这种种问题就对我国的建筑行業的发展带来严重的影响与阻碍。……
