【摘 要】RAP料状态及特性对于乳化沥青冷再生路面的施工质量具有直接而重要的影响，甚至决定了乳化沥青冷再生路面工程的成败。论文针对适用于乳化沥青冷再生的RAP料（铣刨料）的物理状态及路用特性进行了全面分析，包括RAP料的级配、杂质含量、饱水状态等;在此基础上，提出了针对乳化沥青冷再生施工质量控制要求的RAP料质量控制要点，论文对于乳化沥青冷再生施工及RAP料的选择与质量控制具有重要的参考价值。

Characteristic analysis and quality control of RAP materials suitable for cold regeneration of emulsified asphalt

【Abstract】The state and characteristics of RAP materials have a direct and important impact on the construction quality of emulsified asphalt cold recycled pavement， and even determine the success or failure of emulsified asphalt cold recycled pavement engineering. The paper comprehensively analyzes the physical state and road characteristics of RAP material （milling material） suitable for cold regeneration of emulsified asphalt， including gradation of RAP material， impurity content and saturated state. On this basis， it is proposed. In view of the quality control points of RAP materials for the quality control of emulsified asphalt cold recycling construction， the paper has important reference value for the cold recycling construction of emulsified asphalt and the selection and quality control of RAP materials.

1. 概述

（1）乳化瀝青冷再生混合料最主要的特点是其性能受施工时的环境及施工时的质量控制影响非常大。往往检测在试验室设计出的乳化沥青配方感觉效果较好，但应用到现场实际实际工程后，却总是出现这样或那样的问题。究其原因，就是由于实际工程中，RAP料的差异巨大，与乳化沥青的配伍性难以把控，导致出现施工质量的问题。为研究乳化冷再生室内试验与现场应用情况的匹配性，笔者收集和总结了多个乳化沥青冷再生项目的第一手资料，分析施工过程中所遇到的问题，并根据现场的反馈情况，结合室内试验探索解决方案，同时针对乳化沥青自身的特点、现场环境、混合料级配、乳化冷再生混合料的压实特性等方面进行针对性的研究，如此反复，最终形成完善的乳化沥青配方设计与乳化沥青冷再生现场施工质量控制技术。

（2）本文即是通过RAP料的特性分析，重点分析了RAP料的级配、杂质含量、饱水状态及其对路面施工质量的影响，进而提出适用于乳化沥青冷再生的RAP料选择标准及质量控制要求。……
