摘 要：在现代化科学技术不断深入发展的大背景下，市场经济发展对企业营销的实际需求也呈现出多样化和综合化的特点，各类企业主体为了能在市场竞争中保持自身的优势和地位，纷纷寻求更深层次的改革和创新。其中最为显著的变化在于企业从传统信息管理和应用的模式中脱离出来，改变了以往以人力资源为管理核心的封闭局面，更加注重与现代信息网络技术的协调与合作。这种模式在很大程度上提高了企业的实际效益和核心竞争力，但也给企业带来了更为多样的风险和挑战。本文以网络工程为主体，重点阐述全面信息化管理方法。

Abstract： Under the background of the continuous development of modern science and technology， the actual demand of market economy development for enterprise marketing is also characterized by diversification and integration. All kinds of enterprise entities can maintain their own advantages and positions in the market competition. They are seeking deeper reforms and innovations. The most significant change is that enterprises have separated from the traditional information management and application model， changing the closed situation of human resources as the core of management， and paying more attention to coordination and cooperation with modern information network technology. This model has greatly improved the actual efficiency and core competitiveness of the enterprise， but it has also created more diverse risks and challenges for the enterprise. This paper took network engineering as the main body and focused on the exploration of comprehensive information management methods.

网络工程是现代化科学技术发展衍生的重要产物，体现了数据信息的重塑和再建，其所包含的信息和资源呈现出鲜明的量化和复杂化的特点，是当下企业竞争的重要基础。由于网络自身具有波动性和多样性，因此具体网络工程的构造也是一个繁杂且冗长的过程。这就意味着企业在实际管理中会遇到不同的问题和新的考验，所以，实现网络工程的全面信息化管理，提高信息数据的运用效率，成为当下企业发展中面临的主要问题。
