Abstract At present， the development of science and technology in our country is faster and faster， and the national living standard is improving day by day. At present， the position of post practice in our colleges and universities is becoming more and more important. How to further promote the development of post-setting learning mode under the development of modern apprenticeship system， and then establish a long-term post practice mode to realize modern management？ At present， our colleges and universities attach great importance to it. Based on the existing problems of the modern apprenticeship practice mode in our country at this stage， this paper further analyzes the conditions of realizing the modern apprenticeship practice for the flight attendants， and explores the basic implementation ideas of the modern apprenticeship practice for the flight attendants.

0 引言

當前高职教育顶岗实习是我国近些年来十分重视的人才培养方式，但是就目前而言，顶岗实习还存在着较多的问题，例如无法实现院校与学生以及企业之间完美衔接的情况，以及目前对于实习学生管理还存在着较为混乱的局面，所以在现代学徒制下如何实现有效的顶岗实习管理，是各院校应该探究的重点。[1]在教学的过程中，首先需要尽可能的保证学生的知识技能得到良好的传授，然后在这一基础之上，通过在企业进行学习，进行实习，进一步提高学生的专业技能，为社会培养一批高素质高专业的人才。

1 现代学徒制

现代学徒制度是在政府创建一个合作平台，通过对于让学校和企业进行合作，实现以培养学习技能为主，加快学生专业性技能培训的人才培养计划。当前，院校等问题面临着学生理论知识较强，但是在实训上有着较大的问题，实训设备落后，操作水平较低等情况。所以为了进一步推动院校的发展，现代学徒制受到了各院校的青睐。

2 基于现代学徒制的空乘学生顶岗实习目的

在现代学徒制的基础下，选择顶岗实习的管理模式已经成为当前各大院校优先选择的模式。而利用这一管理模式，可以促使学生就业几率得到较大的提升，学生在毕业之后可以直接在顶岗的单位进行就业，减少了学生在就业时的挫败感，减轻学生的就业压力。……
