Abstract The quality of undergraduate thesis is an important indicator of the quality of colleges and universities， and it has aroused more and more attention of society. There are some problems in the current quality management of graduation thesis， for example， some colleges have insufficient attention to the graduation thesis quality， and the quality of the paper is not strict， meanwhile， omission of process settings and insufficient work of summarization are problems which have negative impact on the quality of the thesis. Combining the management practice of secondary faculty， we could take some corresponding measures to improve the poor condition， which includes timely communication among secondary colleges， its superiors and subordinates， and setting strict standards in the process of paper quality management， ensuring closed-loop management and attaching importance to summing up work.

随着我国高等教育事业改革的进一步深化，高校本科毕业生培养质量日益成为社会各界高度关注的焦点，而作为本科培养质量重要标志之一的毕业设计（论文）环节，则随着近年诸多论文造假事件的披露而广受人们的瞩目。国家教育行政管理部门针对毕业设计（论文）质量也进行了更为严厉的监管，具体反映到各个高校的毕业论文管理上则是工作要求越来越高，对论文质量要求的各项指标越来越细。[1-2]

1 本科毕业论文质量控制的重要性

从微观层面而言，本科毕业论文作为大学生在大学学习的最后一门“功课”，承载着对大学四年学习总结的使命，也是衡量自身学业水平是否达到毕业要求的硬指标。从宏观层面而言，高校整体的毕业论文质量代表着学校的办学水平，更代表着国家在人才培养质量上的实际水平。

因此，无论从微观层面还是宏观层面，毕业论文质量都具有重要意义，从国家、高校到大学生个体，都对毕业论文质量的优劣负有实际责任。

2 当前毕业论文质量管理存在的问题

笔者作为某高校二级院系教研科工作人员，开展对医药管理类本科专业毕业论文的质量管理工作有五年以上履历，结合自身工作实际，立足于二级院系管理毕业论文质量的视角，笔者认为：尽管国家教育行政管理部门高度重视本科……
