摘 要：社会的不断发展，推动了机械制造业的发展。随着经济全球化及社会分工的精细化，机械装配产业朝着自动化方向发展。机械装配自动化的应用，提高了机械装配效率和生产效率，应用前景广阔。因此，本文概述机械装配自动化，分析了机械装配自动化的应用，并展望了未来的发展趋势。

Abstract： The continuous development of society has promoted the development of machinery manufacturing. With the globalization of economy and the refinement of social division of labor， the mechanical assembly industry is developing in the direction of automation. The application of mechanical assembly automation has improved the efficiency of mechanical assembly， which has improved the production efficiency and broad application prospects. In this paper， mechanical assembly automation was summarized， the application of mechanical assembly automation was analyzed， and the future development trend was forecasted.

机械装配是现代机械制造产业的重要环节，其装配效率和装配水平直接影响机械制造的生产效率和生产质量。近年来，自动化技术被应用于机械生产，促使机械装配逐渐朝着自动化方向发展，提高了装配技术水平和装配效率。未来，随着社会对机械制造需求的增加，机械装配自动化将成为机械装配产业发展的必然趋势。

1 机械装配及其自动化概述

机械装配是现代机械生产制造领域和机械修理领域的重要环节，主要是运用一定的装配技术，按照机械设计要求，将机械零件或部件进行科学合理的连接或组合，最终得到具备所需功能的机械设备产品。机械装配自动化是将自动化技术应用于机械装配，以实现基础件和装配件的自动化传送，以及给料和装配的半自动化甚至全自动化作业。机械装配自动化技术不仅有效提高了机械装配的生产效率，改善了装配工作人员的工作条件，还提升了机械装配产品质量的稳定性，减少了零配件残次品的产生，降低了企业的生产成本，提高了企业的经济效益[1]。……
