【摘要】 目的：探究沙库巴曲缬沙坦对充血性心力衰竭患者血管内皮损伤与心室重塑状态的影响。方法：选取2017年10月-2018年2月本院收治的充血性心力衰竭患者52例为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组，各26例。对照组采用依那普利治疗，观察组采用沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗。比较两组血管内皮损伤相关血清指标、心室重塑指标及相关血清指标。结果：治疗第2、4个月，观察组血管内皮损伤相关血清指标、心室重塑指标及相关血清指标均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：沙库巴曲缬沙坦可有效改善充血性心力衰竭患者的血管内皮损伤与心室重塑状态，在充血性心力衰竭患者中具有较高的应用价值。

【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the influence of Sacubitril Valsartan for the vascular endothelial injury and ventricular remodeling state of patients with congestive heart-failure.Method：A total of 52 patients with congestive heart-failure from October 2017 to February 2018 were selected.According to the random number table method，they were divided into control group and observation group，26 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Enalapril，while observation group was treated with Sacubitril Valsartan.The serum indexes related to vascular endothelial injury，ventricular remodeling and related serum indexes between two groups were compared.Result：After treatment 2 and 4 months，the serum indexes related to vascular endothelial injury，ventricular remodeling and related serum indexes in observation group were better than those of control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Sacubitril Valsartan can effectively improve vascular endothelial injury and ventricular remodeling in patients with congestive heart-failure，and have high application value in patients with congestive heart-failure.

充血性心力衰竭在臨床呈现较高的发病率，可由多类心脏疾病进展至严重阶段而导致，临床危害较大，且患者及社会各界对其认知度不断提升，治疗与防控的研究也不断增多。研究发现，本病患者的血管内皮损伤与心室重塑状态是表现十分突出的方面，也是治疗过程中亟待改善的方面，同时也是疗效评估的重要参考方面[1-2]。本研究就沙库巴曲缬沙坦对充血性心力衰竭患者血管内皮损伤与心室重塑状态的影响进行探究，以了解沙库巴曲缬沙坦在本类患者中的应用价值，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料 选取2017年10月-2018年2月本院收治的充血性心力衰竭患者52例为研究对象。纳入标准：年龄≤75岁者;确诊为充血性心力衰竭的患者;病程6个月及以上者。排除标准：合并脑肾肝肺等疾病或功能不全者;妊娠及哺乳期者;精神病史者;恶性肿瘤患者;合并感染。……
