【摘要】 目的：探讨微型岛状皮瓣修复手部皮肤缺损的效果。方法：选取2013年1月-2018年1月本院收治的80例手部皮肤缺损患者作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组及观察组，各40例。对照组未采用微型岛状皮瓣修复治疗，观察组采用微型岛状皮瓣修复方法治疗。比较两组治疗效果、临床手术时间、住院费用以及术后住院时间。结果：观察组总有效率为97.50%，高于对照组的70.00%（P<0.05）;观察组临床手术时间、术后住院时间均短于对照组，住院费用少于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：微型岛状皮瓣修复手部皮肤缺损的效果显著，能够提高治疗效果，缩短临床手术时间、术后住院时间，减少住院费用，从而促进手部皮肤缺损患者的病情改善。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the effect of miniature island skin flap for repairing hand skin defect.Method：A total of 80 patients with hand skin defect admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to January 2018 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method，they were divided into control group and observation group，40 cases in each group.The control group was not treated with miniature island skin flap，while observation group was treated with miniature island skin flap.The therapeutic effect，clinical operation time，hospitalization cost and postoperative hospitalization time between two groups were compared.Result：The total effective rate was 97.50% in observation group，which was higher than 70.00% of control group（P<0.05）.The clinical operation time and hospitalization time of observation group were shorter than those of control group，the hospitalization cost was less than that of control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of miniature island skin flaps in repairing hand skin defect is remarkable，it can improve the treatment effect，shorten the clinical operation time，postoperative hospitalization time，and reduce the hospitalization cost，so as to promote the improvement of the condition of patients with hand skin defect.

手部功能的重要性对于人体的作用不言自明，一旦手部功能不健全或者发生功能丧失的状况，将会给患者的日常生活带来极其不便的影响。而患者在表现出手部皮肤缺损的同时，往往呈现出肌腱、关节、神经血管以及骨组织外露的现象，未经及时处理情况下，患者会呈现出手功能受损的现象，更为严重会表现出丧失现象[1-3]。对此需要对患者及时进行修复治疗，将患者手外观进行充分恢复。传统对于手部皮肤缺损的治疗当中仅选择患者的前臂或者胸腹部皮瓣，于受损区域将皮瓣移植后，通过蒂部提供营养治疗，该修复方法尽管具有一定的治疗效果，但在功能以及外观方面，却离理想效果存在一定的差距。有研究提示，在手部皮肤修复治疗当中微型岛状皮瓣修复方法是一种相对较为理想的治疗方法，相比于传统治疗方法有更高的应用价值。本文为研究对手部皮肤缺损患者的最佳治疗方法，合理应用微型岛状皮瓣修复方法，現报道如下。……
