内容摘要：摩尼教是回鹘人的主要信仰之一，它对回鹘社会的文化、政治、经济等产生过深刻的影响，因此摩尼教研究是回鹘研究领域中一个重要的方面。《回鹘摩尼教研究》一书系统地论述了回鹘与摩尼教之间激荡融合的历史过程，校勘和补正了以往研究中的诸多问题，多角度诠释回鹘的摩尼教信仰，堪称回鹘学研究的典范之作。

Abstract： Manichaeism was one of the main religions followed by the Uighur people and exerted a profound influence on culture， politics， and economy in the development of Uighur society. The book Uighur Manichaeism systematically narrates the historical process of the collision and convergence of the Uighur nationality and Manichaean religion， collates and revises many issues in previous research efforts， and analyzes Uighur faith in Manichaeism. As research on the relationship between Uighur culture and Manichaeism has long been overlooked by anthropologists， this can be regarded as a significant work for the field of Uighur studies.

《回鶻摩尼教研究》为《敦煌研究院学术文库》书系之一，获国家社科基金项目（07BZS003）资助，于2016年8月由中国社会科学出版社出版。全书包括绪论及十二章正文，后附缩略语表、参考文献、索引和后记，凡379页，43万余字。林悟殊先生曾在展望摩尼教研究的前景时有言：“尽管学界对回鹘文摩尼教的研究已卓有成效，但已有的回鹘摩尼教资料尚有许多未释读，而且不时又有新的发现，考古发掘还大有潜力。即使对现存寺窟的研究，亦未有穷期。以此，可以有把握地说，回鹘摩尼教研究尚大有可为;尤其是对于占有地利、人和的中国学者来说，更渴望有独特的建树。”此言无疑是对国内外摩尼教研究的准确定位。杨富学先生《回鹘与摩尼教研究》一书通过对回鹘语文、汉文、阿拉伯文等多种文献的综合考察，对回鹘摩尼教史深入、细致的研究抑或可作为对林先生上述见解的最佳注脚。
