[摘要]眉和眼作为上中面部的重要组成部分，除了本身的生理功能外，它们在面部的静态和动态美学中也发挥着关键作用。眉眼部美学关系作为衡量眉眼部整形美容术后效果的重要参考指标，逐渐成为整形医师研究及探讨的热点，并形成了较多的研究成果。眉眼一体化概念的提出及应用，更加细化了眉眼部整形美容手术的术前设计及术后效果评价方法。本文将重点阐述眉部美学、眼部美学及眉眼一体化的相关研究及未来发展方向，以期对临床医师提供有益的参考。

The Research Progress of Aesthetic Relationship Between Brow and Eye and the Brow-eyelid Continuum Concept

Abstract： As an important part of the upper-middle face， brow and eye play a key role in the static and dynamic aesthetics of the face in addition to their physiological functions. The aesthetic relationship between the brow and eye， which as an important index to measure the postoperative effect of the plastic surgery on the brow and the eye， has become a hot topic in the research and discussion of plastic surgeons， and formed more research results. The conception and application of Brow-eyelid continuum further refine the preoperative design and postoperative evaluation methods of brow and eye plastic surgery. This article will focus on the research and future development of the aesthetics of the brow， the aesthetics of the eye and the brow-eyelid continuum， so as to provide a useful reference for clinicians.

眉是位于面部眼睛上方的部分毛发，对于眼睛能够起到一定的保护作用。眼是人类的视觉传导器官，主要负责感知光线与颜色。眉和眼作为上中面部的重要组成部分，除了本身的生理功能外，它们在面部的静态和动态美学中也发挥关键作用[1]。早期的眉眼部整形手术主要是指眼睑肿瘤切除后的重建手术[2]。随着整形外科的发展，眉眼部整形手术的内涵不断扩大，一些为增加美学观感而对没有生理缺陷的眉眼部实施的形态重塑手术，也被视为一种眉眼部整形手术[3]。目前，眉眼部整形手术已经成为最常见的面部整形美容手术之一[4]，其主要是通过外科手术方式实现眉眼部的结构调整、形态重塑及美学提升，为求美者带来生理及心理上的自信和满足。眉眼部美学关系作为衡量眉眼部整形美容术后效果的重要参考指标，逐渐成为整形医师研究及探讨的热点。……
