【摘 要】目的：分析PICC护理门诊组建及规范化管理，对肿瘤患者产生的影响。方法：本次对象为我院收治的肿瘤患者68例，均行PICC置管，起止时间是2017年3月～2019年6月。组建护理门诊，并实施规范化管理，观察护理效果。结果：68例患者置管时间平均（147.5±11.8）d，置管期间并发症发生率为5.9%，经对症处理后好转;护理满意率为95.6%。结论：针对肿瘤患者，组建PICC护理门诊并实施规范化管理，有助于减少并发症发生、提高护理质量，值得应用。

Analysis on the influence of the establishment and standardized management mode of PICC nursing clinic on tumor patients

Abstract： .objective： to analyze the impact of PICC nursing outpatient establishment and standardized management on tumor patients. Methods： this study included68tumor patients admitted to our hospital，all of whom received PICC catheterization，starting from March2017to June2019. Set up nursing clinic，and implement standardized management，observe nursing effect. Results： the average time of catheterization in68patients was （147.5±11.8） d，and the incidence of complications during catheterization was5.9%，which improved after symptomatic treatment. Nursing satisfaction rate was95.6%. Conclusion： for cancer patients，the establishment of PICC nursing clinic and the implementation of standardized management can help reduce complications and improve the quality of nursing，which is worthy of application.

对于肿瘤患者而言，PICC置管能减轻药物刺激，减少穿刺次数，提高患者的治疗舒适性[1]。基于此，本文选取68例患者进行研究，探究了组建PICC护理门诊及规范化管理的应用价值，报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 基本信息

在我院收治的肿瘤病例中选取68例，均行PICC置管，起止时间是2017年3月～2019年6月。包括男性38例、女性30例;年龄位于26-79岁，平均（48.5±6.3）岁。

1.2 方法

组建PICC护理门诊并实施规范化管理，具体如下：

（1）组建PICC护理门诊。选择PICC管理工作5年以上的护士，组建PICC专项管理小组，设置一间独立房间接诊患者，要求划分出清洁区、污染区，设置流动洗手设施，采用紫外线消毒，做好室内的清洁工作。

（2）实施规范化管理。

①PICC管理遵守门诊部规定，采用挂号—分诊—接诊的流程。护士既要对患者的PICC管道进行维护，又要开展健康教育，增强患者的认知。②PICC管道的管理要规范，换药、冲洗、拔管等环节，均要无菌操作。定期组织护士进行培训，学习最新规范指南，提升小组的技能水平。……
