【摘 要】 目的：对比和分析舒适护理在剖宫产术后产妇护理中的应用情况。方法：选取本院妇产科所收治的剖宫产术后产妇共计76例，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各38例患者。为对照组患者提供妇产科剖宫产术后常规护理，为观察组患者提供舒适护理，分析不同护理模式下的护理效果。结果：经过护理满意度的对比和分析发现，观察组产妇的护理满意度显著优于对照组，其差异较为明显，具备统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：围绕着以人为中心的临床护理和医疗模式，其自身整体的实际意义十分明显，对于临床工作和患者临床手术治疗等一切内容的价值意义非凡。

AbstractObjective：To compare and analyze the application of comfort nursing in maternal nursing after cesarean section. Methods： 76 parturients after cesarean section were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 38 patients in each group. To provide routine nursing after cesarean section in gynecology and obstetrics for the control group， comfortable nursing for the observation group， and analyze the nursing effect under different nursing modes. Results：Through the comparison and analysis of nursing satisfaction， we found that the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group， the difference was more obvious， with statistical significance （P<0.05）. Conclusion：Around the human-centered clinical nursing and medical model， its own overall practical significance is very obvious， for clinical work and clinical surgical treatment of patients and all other contents of the value of significance is extraordinary.

引言

剖宫产是临床常见的一种手术分娩的方式，对于产妇来说有着十分重要的意义，可以用于解决难产及不适用正常顺产的产妇。该钟分娩方式对于一些不适用于自然分娩的产妇来说，其自身的意义十分重要，同时手术治疗的作用十分关键[1]。在此基础上，舒适护理等一系列新型护理模式也在不断的投入到临床使用，取得了一定的实际效果。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料 选取本院妇产科所收治的剖宫产术后产妇共计76例，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各38例患者。在对照组中，产妇年龄阶段在22-38岁之间，平均年龄（28.2±3.2）岁，孕龄在34-41周之间，平均孕龄（38.2±1.5）周。在观察组中，产妇年龄阶段在23-39岁之间，平均年龄（27.2±3.5）岁，孕龄在33-41周之间，平均孕龄（37.2±1.6）周。两组患者均行剖宫产术，既往体健，无严重器官或系统重大损害，無严重妊娠期合并症。两组患者一般资料、既往病史、健康情况、年龄孕龄等内容不具备显著差异，其差异不明显，不具备统计学意义（P>0.05），具备可比性。
