【摘 要】 目的：分析右美托咪定在硬膜外镇痛麻醉中的应用效果。方法：选取于2016年3月-2018年10月本院所收治患有病症病患160例作为本次临床观察基本研究对象，以实际就诊的顺序为主，将该160例病患平均分成两个小组，每个小组均80例病患。干预组实施右美托咪定注射辅助于硬膜外的麻醉路径，常规组则为硬膜外常规麻醉路径。分析两组效果。结果：与常规组相比，干预组病患术后各个时间节点的VAS 指标评分，镇痛效果指标评分，不良反应实际发生指标评分，均略占一定临床优势，镇痛效果总有效率为97.50%（78/80），不良反应总发生率为1.25%（1/80），组间的数据对比有统计学差异性，x2=7.431，P<0.05。结论：对于接受硬膜外镇痛麻醉的病患，实施右美托咪定注射辅助于硬膜外的麻醉路径，能提升病患术后各个时间节点的VAS 效果，镇痛效果极高，且不易发生不良发应，值得在临床上进一步推广、运用。

AbstractObjective：To analyze the effect of dexmedetomidine in epidural analgesia and anesthesia.Methods： From March 2016 to October 2018， 160 patients with diseases in our hospital were selected as the basic subjects of this clinical observation. The 160 patients were divided into two groups on average， 80 patients in each group. The intervention group received dexmedetomidine injection as an adjunct to epidural anesthesia， while the conventional group received epidural anesthesia. The effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results： Compared with the routine group， the VAS index score， analgesic effect index score and the actual occurrence index score of adverse reactions in the intervention group at each time point after operation all accounted for a certain clinical advantage. The total effective rate of analgesic effect was 97.50% （78/80）， and the total incidence of adverse reactions was 1.25% （1/80）. There were statistical differences between the two groups， x2 = 7.431， P<0.05. Conclusion： For patients receiving epidural analgesia and anesthesia， the application of dexmedetomidine injection assisted epidural anesthesia pathway can improve the VAS effect of patients at all time points after operation. The analgesic effect is very high， and adverse reactions are not easy to occur. It is worthy of further promotion and application in clinic.

為了分析针对硬膜外镇痛麻醉，右美托咪定实际应用价值情况，本次临床观察实验研究选取于2016年3月-2018年10月本院所收治患有病症病患160例作为本次临床观察基本研究对象，针对一些病患实施硬膜外部的右美托咪定注射麻醉，以下为本次临床观察研究的结果：

1 一般基线资料及研究方法

1.1 研究对象 选取于2016年3月-2018年10月本院所收治患有病症病患160例作为本次临床观察基本研究对象：干预组男病患为48例，女病患为32例，年龄区间为：24-57岁，平均的年龄即为：（25.09±3.98）岁;常规组中，男性病患50例，女病患30例。年龄区间为：25-60岁，平均年龄：（26.29±4.05）岁;本次入院病例研究均已经过伦理委员会的批准;所有病患与家属已知情并同意本次试验，均签署知情的同意书。……
