【摘 要】新能源汽车可以节能减排，是国家新兴领域之一。通过问卷调查、部门访谈、现场踏勘、文献资料等方法，对长春市新能源汽车的普及程度及其充电桩分布等现状进行调查分析，探讨了新能源汽车在使用过程中存在的问题，根据充电站布局的影响因素和长春市轨道交通发展趋势，对未来长春市新能源汽车使用和充电站布局提出了初步的规划构想和相关建议。

【Abstract】New energy vehicles can save energy and reduce emission， and it is one of emerging fields of the country. Through questionnaires， Department interviews， on-site survey， literature and other methods， the popularity of new energy vehicles and the distribution of charging piles in Changchun City are investigated and analyzed， and the problems existing in the use of new energy vehicles are probed into. According to the development trend of rail transit and the influencing factors of the layout of charging stations in Changchun， a preliminary conception and plan and relevant suggestions are put forward for the use of new energy vehicles and the layout of charging stations in the future.

1 長春市新能源汽车使用现状

1.1 数据来源

本文数据主要来源于调查问卷。通过查阅资料，从对新能源汽车的了解程度、购买意愿、推广力度、充电站分布等方面制定调查问卷，并向长春市居民发放调查问卷，网络调查和实地发放两种形式并用，共收集到有效问卷167份，对问卷进行整理分析，探讨长春市新能源汽车的使用现状。

1.2 新能源汽车使用现状分析

目前长春市的新能源汽车还处于初级阶段，有新能源公交车和新能源私家车，数量比较有限，截止2018年8月，新能源公交车共有427辆，约占公交车数量的1/2，而新能源私家车的使用频率较低。

根据调查问卷结果，超过1/2的被调查者都了解新能源汽车，也十分看好新能源汽车的发展前景。但是新能源汽车处于推广阶段，技术还不成熟，使用过程中还存在不少问题，使用不够方便，愿意购买新能源汽车的人仅有23.84%。……
