【摘 要】在城市化进程发展迅速的时代背景下，城市中遗留了历史传统的街巷。在商业性开发和城市更新中，许多传统历史街区与建筑被拆除，对历史文化的环境有了一定的破坏。在保护与开发这个问题中应该进行合理的规划与建设，结合文化景观理论指导并具有针对性的将两者结合起来。不能盲目的去拆除一些具有保留价值以及可以传承城市文脉的建筑及街道，我们应该不断提高改造和保护的意识，通过对一些有价值的传统历史街区进行保护开发，从而还原历史记忆，传承城市的历史文脉，对城市历史街区进行合理的保护与发展。

【Abstract】Under the background of the rapid development of urbanization， the streets and historical streets have been left in the city. In commercial development and urban renewal， many traditional historical blocks and buildings have been demolished， which has caused some damage to the historical and cultural environment. In the issue of protection and development， reasonable planning and construction should be carried out， combined with the guidance of cultural landscape theory and targeted to combine the two. We must not blindly dismantle some buildings and streets that have retained value and can inherit the cultural context of the city. We should continuously improve the awareness of transformation and protection， and restore the historical memory and inherit the city by protecting and developing some valuable traditional historical blocks. 1. 引言

在全球化背景的影响下，地域文化背景呈现出多样化的趋势，不仅保留了本土的一些文化元素，一些国际化的文化也在潜移默化的影响着地域文化背景。文化景观是人与生活技能息息相关的景观，是人与自然环境共同创造的景观，它也与文化事务现象相关的景观，景观的性格是人类与周边环境相互作用的结果。与此同时，许多地区地方文化在时代化背景下面临着保护和发展的挑战。由于很多具有浓厚背景的城市有着许多历史文明遗留的古街区，同时城市需要跟随时代背景不断更新发展，旧城区的改造，一座座古建筑的倒塌换来的外观各异的新型建筑，在这个大环境下，城市历史街区的遗留还是保存成为了问题。……
