【摘要】 目的：探讨早期护理干预在脑梗死偏瘫失语患者中的应用效果。方法：选取笔者所在医院神经内科2018年1-12月入住的脑梗死偏瘫失语患者70例，按照摸球分组法，将其分为试验1组和试验2组，每组35例。两组均采用常规护理方式，在此基础上为试验2组患者实施早期护理干预，对两组患者的日常生活能力评分、运动功能评分、语言功能评分及患者对护理的满意度进行分析和比较。结果：试验2组日常生活能力评分、运动功能评分、语言功能评分及患者对护理的满意度优于试验1组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：对脑梗死偏瘫失语患者实施早期护理干预，能提升患者的日常生活能力、运动和语言功能等，值得借鉴、推广和应用。

[Abstract] Objective： To explore the effect of early nursing intervention on aphasia patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia. Method： Seventy patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia aphasia admitted to our neurology department from January to December 2018 were divided into the experimental group 1 and the experimental group 2 according to the grouping method of touching balls. Each group had 35 cases. The routine nursing methods were applied in the two groups. On this basis， early nursing intervention was carried out for the experimental group 2. The scores of daily living ability， motor function， language function and patients'satisfaction with nursing were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Result： The daily living ability score， motor function score， language function score and patient satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group 2 were better than those in the experimental group 1 （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Early nursing intervention for patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia can improve their daily living ability， motor and language functions， which is worthy of reference， promotion and application.

腦梗死是临床中发生率较高的一种疾病，又叫作缺血性脑卒中。由于本身的疾病、不良生活习惯及其他因素的共同影响，导致脑部血液的供应受到一定的阻碍，进而造成脑组织的缺血性坏死。该病好发于中老年人群，具有起病急、先期症状隐匿等特点，对患者的生活质量和生命健康具有严重的威胁性[1-2]。偏瘫失语是脑梗死疾病常见的症状，主要采用抗凝、溶栓等治疗方法进行干预，但是很难把患者丧失的语言、运动等部分能力进行恢复。早期护理干预是指在脑梗死疾病发病初期及时开展全方位的护理干预措施，通过早期全面的护理干预，为患者提供充分的康复时间，避免疾病并发症状的进一步恶化加重，提升其预后效果[3-5]。为脑梗死偏瘫失语患者实施早期护理干预效果显著，以下进行具体的分析和阐述。……
