儿童过敏性哮喘和过敏性鼻炎患者血清Tim-1和IgE的表达水平及临床意义

【摘要】 目的:探讨过敏性哮喘和过敏性鼻炎患儿血清Tim-1和IgE的表达水平及临床意义。方法:选取2017年6月-2018年10月笔者所在医院收治的180例过敏性哮喘和过敏性鼻炎患儿作为研究对象,其中83例过敏性哮喘患儿为过敏性哮喘组,97例过敏性鼻炎患儿为过敏性鼻炎组,另选取同期在笔者所在医院进行健康体检的80例健康儿童作为对照组。比较三组血清T细胞免疫球蛋白域黏蛋白域蛋白-1(Tim-1)和IgE的表达水平。结果:过敏性鼻炎组IgE阳性率高于过敏性哮喘组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。过敏性哮喘组和过敏性鼻炎组血清IgE浓度均高于对照组(P<0.05),但过敏性哮喘组和过敏性鼻炎组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。过敏性鼻炎组和过敏性哮喘组Tim-1浓度均明显高于对照组,且过敏性鼻炎组高于过敏性哮喘组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。过敏性鼻炎组不同年龄段Tim-1浓度均高于过敏性哮喘组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Tim-1和IgE的检测对过敏性哮喘和过敏性鼻炎的鉴别有一定价值。

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the expression of T cell serum immunoglobulin domain mucin domain protein-1 (Tim-1) and IgE in children with allergic asthma and allergic rhinitis and its clinical significance. Method: From June 2017 to October 2018, 180 children with allergic asthma and allergic rhinitis in our hospital were selected as the study subjects. Among them, 83 children with allergic asthma were in the allergic asthma group and 97 children with allergic rhinitis were in the allergic rhinitis group.In addition, 80 healthy children who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The expression levels of Tim-1 and IgE were compared in the three groups. Result: The IgE positive rate of allergic rhinitis group was higher than that of allergic asthma group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The serum IgE concentration in allergic asthma group and allergic rhinitis group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between allergic asthma group and allergic rhinitis group (P>0.05). The concentration of Tim-1 in the allergic rhinitis group and the allergic asthma group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the allergic rhinitis group was significantly higher than that in the allergic asthma group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The detection of Tim-1 and IgE has certain value in differentiating allergic asthma from allergic rhinitis.

近年來,儿童过敏性疾病的发病率呈逐渐上升趋势,严重影响患儿的身体健康和生活质量[1]。过敏性哮喘和过敏性鼻炎是最常见的儿童过敏性疾病。越来越多的研究证实,Th1和Th2失衡所致细胞因子动态平衡失调,是儿童过敏性疾病发生和发展的重要因素[2-3]。过敏性个体以Th2细胞为主,效应Th2细胞在外周所占的比例决定了免疫状态。T细胞免疫球蛋白域黏蛋白域蛋白-1(Tim-1)可表达于分化后的Th2细胞上,激活Th2型免疫应答[4]。Tim-1在儿童过敏性哮喘和过敏性鼻炎中表达水平如何,有什么临床价值,目前报道较少。本研究检测了2017年6月-2018年10月笔者所在医院180例儿童过敏性哮喘和过敏性鼻炎患儿血清Tim-1和IgE的表达水平,分析二者的相关性,旨在探讨二者在儿童过敏性疾病中的意义,现报道如下。……
