【摘 要】在检修输送机、转载机等综采设备时，链轮轴组的检修是难点，因为它外形不规则，为检修带来了困难，目前市场上还未有专门检修链轮轴组的设备，只能依靠人力检修。论文介绍了一套链轮轴组的检修设备，可以实现链轮轴组检修的机械化，大大提高了检修效率及降低职工的劳动强度。

【Abstract】When overhaul conveyor， transfer machine and other fully mechanized mining equipment， the maintenance of sprocket shaft group is difficult， because its shape is irregular， which brings difficulties to maintenance， at present， there is no special maintenance equipment of sprocket shaft group in the market， so it can only rely on manpower maintenance. This paper introduces a set of maintenance equipment of sprocket shaft group， which can realize the mechanization of sprocket shaft group maintenance， greatly improve the maintenance efficiency and reduce the labor intensity of staff and workers.

1 引言

链轮轴组是刮板输送机、转载机等设备上的重要部件。动力由减速器输入，经机头链轮轴组传递到刮板鏈，从而使链条带动刮板运行，经机尾链轮轴组导向，形成链条封闭循环，从而实现运输目的，所以链轮轴组关系到整个工作面的运行。而链轮轴组的检修是关键的一环。

2 链轮轴组的结构与检修方法的分析

链轮轴组是刮板链运行的传动部件，它主要由轴、轴承、轴承座、压盖、支撑套、浮动油封组件、链轮、定位套等组成一个整体，它是细长结构，检修时非常的不方便，尤其是组装时，需要把它立起来，人员需要站在很高的位置，而且链轮轴组还容易倾倒，安全隐患大。

使用设备检修链轮轴组，不仅能提高检修效率和质量，还能解决检修过程中存在的安全隐患。检修链轮轴组可以分为解体、部件修理、组装和调试四个基本步骤，基于此，设计链轮轴组检修成套装备，主要由以下三部分组成：①设计一台链轮轴组解体设备，可轻易对各类型链轮轴组进行拆解;②设计一个链轮轴补焊平台，可实现磨损的链轮轴补焊工作;③设计一个链轮轴组组装平台，可实现链轮轴组的组装工作。……
