【摘 要】能源互联网是国际能源市场发展的主要方向。自从“互联网+”被纳入政府工作报告，电力行业与互联网行业的集合发展成为趋势，“互联网+”电网成为新形势下能源互联网的重要基础，并顺应电网互通的新方向。基于此，对售电模式区域能源互联网进行研究，具有十分重要的作用与意义。

【Abstract】The energy internet is the main direction of the development of the international energy market. Since the "internet +" has been incorporated into the government work report， the integration development of the electric power industry and the internet industry has become a trend， and the "internet +" grid has become an important basis for the energy internet under the new situation， and conforms to the new direction of the interoperability of the power grid. Based on this， it is of great importance and significance to study the regional energy internet based on the electricity sale mode.

1 引言

能源互联网通过以电为主要核心，围绕更加环保化更加经济化的发电、更加安全可靠的配置以及更加便捷稳定的用电，从而建立新型能源网络。随着经济的稳定发展，对能源的需求逐渐提高，各国在保障能源使用安全，提高能源使用效率，保护能源使用环境等方面面临着巨大挑战。参考全球能源市场的具体变化情况，电能在能源结构之中的重要地位越来越明显，此外，随着互联网技术的不断发展并在各个行业的广泛应用，运用互联网技术处理传统能源行业面对的问题变成主要发展方向。

2 有关数据信息的采集处理

对于数据采集系统而言，其可以支持包括无线GPRS网络以及电力数据通信网与电力调度网络等进行众多数据采集通信方式，支持包括文本、数据库接口以及规约等众多数据采集方式。

数据采集系统运用各种数据接口对配电网具体信息、分布式电源具体信息、数值气象信息以及点度量数据、电池汽车充电桩护具与EMS调控信息进行有效采集等。……
