【摘 要】随着国家现代学徒制试点工作的逐步推开，这一培养模式已成为高职教育突破性发展的重要途径，也为“企业进学校，师傅带徒弟”提供了新的理念。长沙商贸旅游职业技术学院结合自身的实际在推行现代学徒制试点方面做了许多有益的探索，为现代学徒制试点工作的顺利推进提供了在当前环境下的实践策略。

【Abstract】With the gradual promotion of the pilot work of modern apprenticeship system in the country， this training mode has become an important way for the breakthrough development of higher vocational education， and has provided new concept for " enterprise enters the school， master brings apprentice". Changsha Commerce and Tourism College has made many beneficial explorations in carrying out the modern apprenticeship system combined with its own reality. It provides a practical strategy for the successful advancement of the modern apprenticeship pilot work in the current environment.

1 引言

高职教育作为高等教育的重要组成部分，其发展与国家经济的发展息息相关，现有的经济发展方式和未来的经济发展预期对高职教育人才的培养模式提出了更加全面和具体的要求。为了应对经济社会发展带来的挑战，培养出懂理论，知操作的复合型人才，我国高职教育开始了对传统人才模式的创新，正全面推进现代学徒制的试点工作，积极建立现代职业教育体系。2014年2月26日李克强总理在国务院常务会议上提出了明确的要求“开展校企联合招生、联合培养的现代学徒制试点”。 2015年8月5日，教育部选定了第一批现代学徒制试点单位，到了2017年8月23日，教育部确定了第二批现代学徒制试点单位。现代学徒制无疑成为现代高职教育普遍关注的领域，已提上高职教育工作的日程。所谓的现代学徒制是一种强调把现代高等职业教育与传统学徒培养方法相结合的方式，以教师、师傅的深入指导和学校、企业的深度参与为支撑的新型职业技能人才培养模式[1]。……
