【摘 要】近些年来，随着我国社会主义经济制度的日益完善，国家经济的发展对于电力系统的需求与日剧增，电力系统在我国获得显著发展，在发展的同时，提升安全意识也成为社会各界所广泛关注的一项内容。火电厂脱硫系统作为电力系统中不可或缺的一项构成要素，其中的火灾问题一直受到电力系统发展的高度重视，进行防火安全管理，也是电力系统在实际发展中需要不断探索的一项重要问题。为此，论文主要针对火电厂脱硫系统施工防火安全管理进行深入分析，并提出具体的解决对策，希望对火电厂脱硫系统的发展带来积极意义。

【Abstract】In recent years， with the improvement of the socialist economic system in China， the demand for the power system in the development of the national economy has increased dramatically. The electric power system has achieved remarkable development in our country， meanwhile， raising the safety consciousness has become a widespread concern of all walks of life in the society. Desulfurization system of thermal power plant is an indispensable element in power system， the fire problem has been attached great importance in the development of power system. Carrying out the fire-preventing management is also an important issue that has been explored in the actual development of the power system. Therefore， the paper mainly analyzes the fire-preventing safety management of desulfurization system construction in thermal power plant， and puts forward concrete solutions. Hoping to bring positive significance to the development of desulfurization system in thermal power plant.

1 引言

作为现代电力生产企业的重要构成部分之一，火电厂以其自身所具有的复杂结构存在诸多的安全问题，影响着整个电力系统的发展。在火电厂的实际发展过程中，脱硫系统是其中不可或缺的一项内容，也是火电厂发展需要重点关注的部分，脱硫系统发展中面临着施工防火等一系列的安全管理问题，电力企业想要获得长效发展，就要寻求有效的对策。

2 脱硫系统施工面临的火灾

脱硫系统的正常运作，主要是依靠脱硫吸收塔，在脱硫吸收塔中，主要是应用玻璃鳞片等构成内部的防腐隔离层。隔离层利用衬胶以及PPR管路等进行管路的连接，在对衬胶进行焊接的过程中，由于衬胶本身具有极强的易燃属性，极易发生火灾，这也是造成火灾发生的重要原因[1]。……
