【摘 要】医疗技术随着科技以及经济推动而发展迅速，放射卫生技术作为医疗的重要辅助手段必须得到重视。相关单位需要就放射卫生相应服务行为加以规范，确保服务质量得到有效把控，依靠质控中心的构建、方案制定以及质控考核等方式来强化服务质量，为推进医疗建设夯实基础。

abstract Medical technology is developing rapidly with the development of science and technology and economy. As an important auxiliary means of medical treatment， radiological health technology must be paid more attention to. The relevant units need to standardize the corresponding service behavior of radiation health， ensure that the quality of service is effectively controlled， and rely on the construction of quality control center， the formulation of programs and the quality control examination to strengthen the service quality. 引言

对于放射防护检测来说，其操作规范不论是操作性还是实用性均较强，因此有利于提升质量控制。但是现阶段涉及到医用类型的X射线设备种类较为复杂，因此相关标准很难就各类设备做到一一对相应，同时相关标准不断更新、新标准不断制定，对检测仪器、模体有了新要求，使得质量控制遭受阻碍，很难实现深层次发展。下面便就质量控制现状以及推进质控的有效措施进行探析。

一 放射卫生技术服务质量控制内容

1 进行了质控中心的构建

针对当前存有的放射卫生技术服务机构较为繁杂并且能力差异明显，为强化质量控制以及技术水平，国内以区域实际为导向进行了质控中心的针对构建。该机构相应职能如下：首先需要对质控程序、计划、督导方案以及评价指标等进行拟定；其次，还应定期向上级进行质控报告以及督导意见等的上报；第三，针对从业人员展开业务培训，确保人才培养契合发展规划；第四，还应从质控管理出发进行管理机制的针对制定，并定期召开质控条线例会以及交流会等。……
