[摘要] 随着大数据时代的到来，社会各个领域均面临前所未有的冲击与变革，临床医学教学也不例外。因此，如何在新形势下迎接挑战是亟需探讨的问题。只有将临床医学教学特点和大数据时代特征有机融合，使“教”“学”双方在数字化浪潮中顺势而为，才能更好地完成临床医学的教学，培养适应数字化医疗的新时代医学生。

[Abstract] With the advent of the age of big data， there are unprecedented impacts and changes in all fields of society， and clinical medicine teaching is no exception. Therefore， how to meet the challenge in the new situation is an urgent problem to be discussed. Only combining the features of clinical medicine teaching with the characteristics of big data and making both teacher and student seize the moment in the age of big data， we can better teach the clinical medicine and train medical students who can adapt to the new era of digital medicine.

隨着互联网科技和信息技术的迅猛发展，大数据的浪潮已经席卷了包括医学在内的社会生活的各个领域[1-5]。大数据以其多元性、实时性等独有特点，对临床医学教学带来前所未有的冲击和挑战，同时也蕴藏着巨大的发展机遇，我们必须适应时代潮流的变化，迎接这场重大的变革，探索新的医学教学方式，培养适应大数据时代要求的医学人才。

1 大数据的概念和特点

现代社会是一个高速发展的社会，科技发达、信息流通、互联网技术日新月异，人们之间的交流越来越便捷和密切，大数据就是这个高科技时代的衍生物。

1.1 大数据的概念

“大数据”在维基百科中是这样定义的：大数据，或称巨量数据、海量数据，指的是所涉及的数据量规模巨大到无法通过人工在合理时间内达到截取、管理、处理并整理成为人类所能解读的信息。大数据是一次技术革新，通过对海量数据进行分析，获得有巨大价值的产品和服务或深刻的洞见，最终形成变革之力[6-10]。……
