摘 要 中国画论典籍所表现出来的思想性和艺术性在对外文化交流中极具研究与译介价值，要实现画论典籍译介目标的准确性和有效性，还需海内外等多方力量共同协作参与，其中公共图书馆作为收藏和传承优秀文化的重要组织机构，必然也会在对外的文化交流中占有一席之地，在画论典籍对外译介和传播中发挥出应有的作用，助推中国画论典籍在海外的传播与交流。

Abstract The ideological and artistic features of Chinese classics of painting theory are of great value in the study and translation of overseas cultural exchanges. To achieve the accuracy and effectiveness of the translation and introduction of Chinese classics of painting theory， the cooperation and participation of various forces at home and abroad are needed. As important organizations for collecting and inheriting fine culture， public libraries will inevitably occupy a place in the cultural exchange with foreign countries. They will play their due roles in the translation and dissemination of Chinese classics of painting theory， as well as promote the dissemination and exchange abroad.

畫论，是中国古代绘画理论的简称，是中国古代社会上层建筑意识形态的一个组成部分，也可以说是中国美学思想的具体反映[1]。当前，我国正积极提倡“一带一路”建设，其中作为文化交流资源的画论典籍就可以使东西方各国从不同层面、不同领域多方位地了解中国传统文化。而要实现画论典籍译介目标的准确性和有效性，还需政府、各行业机构和各级地方组织、海内外等多方力量共同协作参与。公共图书馆作为收藏和传承优秀文化的重要组织机构，也应在画论典籍对外译介和传播中发挥作用，为我国对外文化交流贡献一份力量。

1 画论典籍在对外文化交流中的学科价值和现实意义
