【摘要】 目的：分析麝香通心滴丸聯合曲美他嗪对缺血性心力衰竭的疗效及对患者N末端B型利钠肽原（NT-proBNP）及心功能的影响。方法：选取2015年3月-2017年8月本院收治的86例缺血性心力衰竭患者。按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组，各43例。对照组在常规治疗基础上加用曲美他嗪治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加用麝香通心滴丸治疗。比较两组治疗效果，治疗前后的心功能分级、NT-proBNP、超敏C-反应蛋白（hs-CRP）水平及生活质量。结果：观察组总有效率为90.70%，高于对照组的74.42%（P<0.05）；治疗后，观察组NT-proBNP、hs-CRP水平均低于对照组，整体功能、认知功能、情感功能、社会功能等生活质量评分均高于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后，观察组心功能分级优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：对于缺血性心力衰竭患者在常规治疗的基础上加以使用麝香通心滴丸联合曲美他嗪对患者的治疗效果显著，可有效改善患者的NT-proBNP水平及心功能指标，适合在临床治疗中推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the therapeutic effect of Shexiang Tongxin Dripping Pills combined with Trimetazidine on ischemic heart failure and its effects on NT-proBNP and cardiac function.Method：A total of 86 patients with ischemic heart failure admitted in our hospital from March 2015 to August 2017 were selected.According to the random number table method，they were divided into control group and observation group，

43 cases in each group.The control group was given Trimetazidine on the basis of routine treatment，while observation group was given Shexiang Tongxin Dripping Pills on the basis of control group.The therapeutic effects，cardiac function grading，N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide（NT-proBNP），hypersensitive C-reactive protein（hs-CRP） levels and quality of life before and after treatment in two groups were compared.Result：The total effective rate of observation group was 90.70%，which was higher than 74.42% of control group（P<0.05）.After treatment，the levels of NT-proBNP and hs-CRP in observation group were lower than those of control group，and the scores of overall function，cognitive function，emotional function，social function and other quality of life scores were higher than those of control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.After treatment，the cardiac function grading of observation group was better than that of control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Shexiang Tongxin Dropping Pills combined with Trimetazidine has a significant therapeutic effect on patients with ischemic heart failure on the basis of routine treatment.It can effectively improve the patients

NT-proBNP level and cardiac function index，and is suitable for clinical application.

缺血性心力衰竭是由于各种心脏的器质性病变导致心脏的收缩或舒张功能产生障碍[1]，引起患者的体循环及肺循环淤血，带有呼吸困难及肢体水肿等症状，需进行积极治疗[2]。目前临床中的常规治疗方式包括强心苷与非强心苷两种药物[3]，其中强心苷包括正性肌力药，非强心苷则包括血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂（ACEI）、血管紧张素Ⅲ受体拮抗剂（ARB）、β受体阻断剂、利尿药与钙通道阻滞剂[4]，但其药物治疗效果均无显著性。在中医治疗中则认为缺血性心力衰竭与患者气血虚等内分泌有关[5]，对此本文选取86例缺血性心力衰竭患者，探讨对缺血性心力衰竭患者在常规治疗方式之上使用麝香通心滴丸联合曲美他嗪进行治疗，观察其治疗效果，为临床治疗提供一定的建议与帮助。现报道如下。
