【摘要】 目的：討论临床路径管理在带状疱疹患者中的管理效果，为带状疱疹患者的临床管理提供参考依据。方法：回顾性分析本院2015年12月-2017年4月期间皮肤科接收诊治的200例带状疱疹患者的临床资料，按照不同的管理办法将其分为试验组和对照组，各100例。试验组实施临床路径管理，对照组接受非临床路径管理，比较两组的住院总费用、药费、住院时间，以及满意度情况。

结果：试验组住院总费用和药费均明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（t=4.24、4.70，P<0.05）；住院时间明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（t=2.76，P<0.05）。试验组对医护人员医疗技术水平、治疗过程受尊重情况以及获得帮助情况的满意度均明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（字2=6.66、6.74、7.79，P<0.05）。结论：临床路径管理的实施，有助于缩短带状疱疹患者住院时间、降低患者住院总费用及药费，且患者对该治理管理办法的满意度较高，在带状疱疹的临床治理中的应用价值高。

【Abstract】 Objective：To discuss the management effect of clinical pathway management in patients with herpes zoster，to provide reference for clinical management of patients with herpes zoster.Method：The clinical data of 200 cases of herpes zoster admitted and treated in department of dermatology from December 2015 to April 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different management methods，they were divided into experimental group and control group，100 cases in each group.The experimental group was administered with clinical pathway management，the control group was administered with non-clinical pathway management.The total hospitalization expenses，medical expenses， hospitalization time and satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Result：The total hospitalization expenses and medical expenses of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant （t=4.24，4.70，P<0.05）；the hospitalization time in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant （t=2.76，P<0.05）.The satisfaction degree of the experimental group to the medical technical level，treatment process respect and help of the medical staff situation were significantly higher than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant （字2=6.66，6.74，7.79，P<0.05）.Conclusion：The implementation of clinical pathway management is helpful to shorten the hospitalization time of herpes zoster patients，reduce the total hospitalization expenses and medical expenses of the patients and the patients satisfaction with the management method is high，which is of high value in the clinical treatment of herpes zoster.

带状疱疹是皮肤科比较常见的一种病毒性皮肤病，主要是由水痘-带状疱疹病毒引起，在一般人群中发病率为20.0%～30.0%[1-2]。带状疱疹及其后遗神经痛会对患者正常生活及工作等活动造成严重消极影响，降低患者生活质量[3]。由于该疾病具有临床诊断确切、治疗处置差异较小等优点，成为我国首批进入临床路径管理试点的疾病[4]。国内外多项研究证明，对单一病种实施临床路径管理对患者的治疗与预后意义重大[5-7]。……
