摘 要：在当前市场经济环境下，供电企业加快了自身市场化的发展步伐，电力市场竞争越发激烈，在这种情况下，供电企业需要重视自身经济效益的提升，以此来更好的维护稳定的运营。因此在实际工作中，在重视电力营销数额提升的基础上，还要有效的解决线损问题。文中从10kV配网线损成因分析和整改措施入手，分析了10kV配网线损管理原则，并进一步对加强10kV配电网线损管理的措施进行了具体的阐述。

Abstract： Under the current market economy environment， the power supply enterprise has quickened its own marketization development step， the electric power market competition is more and more intense， under this kind of situation， the power supply enterprise needs to pay attention to the promotion of its own economic efficiency. In order to better maintain the stability of the operation. Therefore， in the actual work， on the basis of attaching importance to the promotion of electric power marketing amount， it is also necessary to effectively solve the problem of line loss. Starting with the analysis of the causes of 10kV distribution network line loss and the rectification measures， this paper analyzes the principles of 10kV distribution network line loss management， and further expounds the measures to strengthen the line loss management of 10kV distribution network.

前言

在配電网运行过程中，其所散发的热量而带来的能量损失称为线损，这属于电网中电导与电阻消耗的有功功率，一旦配电网中线损过高时，线路老化和损坏的速度则会加快，从而对电网安全运行带来较大的影响。因此在实际工作中需要充分重视10kV配电网线损问题，并针对线损成因来采取有效的措施加以解决，全面提高对10kV线损管理的水平。

1 10kV配网线损成因分析及整改措施

1.1 针对固定损耗分析

（1）线路损耗：在电网运行过程中，在进行具体配电操作的同时，还要完成向临近电网输电的任务。而且在输电或是配电过程中都会产生相应的损耗。当前农村电力线路结构相对复杂，供电半径较大，部分地区的电力线路空间距离过长，因此线路损耗更加严重。针对于这种情况，需要加大农网改造的力度，以此来降低线路的损耗，但这种降损方法其具体降损效果并不明显。……
