【摘要】 目的：探讨儿童矮小症生长激素激发试验及护理效果。方法：选取2016年7月-2018年3月本院收治的儿童矮小症住院患儿52例作为研究对象，其中44例采用左旋多巴联合精氨酸行生长激素激发试验，8例采用胰岛素联合左旋多巴行生长激素激发试验；并在试验期间均行综合护理干预，分析其效果。结果：本研究52例患儿均顺利完成采血过程，均未发生拔管、采血后局部感染等严重后果且均未发生晕针、低血糖反应工、过敏等症状。部分患儿在服用左旋多巴期间出现轻微不良反应，包括面色苍白、腹部疼痛不适、恶心呕吐、心悸和头晕，但经护理后症状均消失或缓解。两种激发试验方法的不良反应发生情况比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。且经激发试验显示，本组52例患儿中生长激素分泌正常者29例，生长激素缺乏症23例。结论：采用左旋多巴联合精氨酸及左旋多巴联合胰岛素进行生长激素激发试验均可取得较好的效果，且配合有效的护理干预可减轻试验期间的不良反应，对确保试验顺利进行有重要帮助。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the nursing effect of growth hormone stimulation test in children with dwarfism.Method：A total of 52 hospitalized children with dwarfism from July 2016 to March 2018 were selected as the study subjects.Growth hormone stimulation test was performed in 44 cases with Levodopa combined with Arginine，and growth hormone stimulation test was performed in 8 cases with Insulin combined with Levodopa.During experiment，comprehensive nursing intervention was conducted to analyze its effect.Result：In this study，52 children successfully completed the blood collection process，no extubation，local infection after blood collection and other serious consequences，without halo needle，hypoglycemia reaction，allergies and other symptoms.Some of the children had mild adverse reactions including paleness，abdominal pain and discomfort，nausea and vomiting，palpitations and dizziness during the administration of Levodopa，but the symptoms disappeared or alleviated after nursing.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two test methods （P>0.05）. Excitation test showed that 29 cases had normal growth hormone secretion and 23 cases had growth hormone deficiency in 52 children.Conclusion：Levodopa combined with Arginine and Levodopa combined with Insulin for growth hormone stimulates test can achieve better effect，and the combination of effective nursing intervention can reduce the adverse reaction during the test，it is of great help to ensure the smooth progress of the test.

兒童矮小症为临床上常见的一种内分泌系统疾病，导致该病发生的原因较多，而生长激素缺乏则是导致该病发生的一项重要因素[1-3]。而激发试验则是明确患儿是否伴有生长激素缺乏现象的有效方式[4]。本研究为探讨儿童矮小症生长激素激发试验及护理效果，对收治的52例患儿进行了分析，现报道如下。
