【摘 要】近年来，尤其是2000年以后，中国推出了中文域名，以华为公司为代表的大批互联网新兴技术以及科技巨头企业在域名领域的技术有了飞跃式的进步与发展，其研究领域主要集中在域名解析、DNS服务器、IP地址、网络安全等相关的主题。在域名领域进行了专利布局的企业不只包括传统的主要硬件生产企业，还有新兴的互联网公司，而科研院所更是在该领域具有一定规模的专利积累。可见，中国专利的质量以及技术能力上已经有了长足的进步，技术水平已位于世界前列，但是在专利全球布局上还有待提高。

【Abstract】In recent years，especially after 2000，China has introduced Chinese domain names，a large number of new Internet technologies and technology giants represented by Huawei have made great progress and development in the field of domain names，mainly focusing on domain name resolution，DNS servers，IP addresses，and network security. Enterprises that have patented domain names include not only traditional major hardware manufacturers，but also emerging Internet companies，and research institutes have a certain scale of patent accumulation in this field.It can be seen that the quality of Chinese patents and technological capabilities have made considerable progress，the technical level has been in the forefront of the world，but the global distribution of patents has yet to be improved.

1 研究背景

域名（Domain Name），也稱为网域名称系统（DNS，Domain Name System），作为由一串数字组成的在互联网上某一台计算机或计算机组的名称，可以与互联网数字地址（IP地址）相互映射，是人们更加方便的访问互联网的重要基础。随着互联网技术的飞速发展，域名的重要性更是与日俱增，涉及到域名的安全，域名的运行，域名领域的新技术等多方面的内容。尤其是近年来，为推动域名系统的本地化，中文域名、日文域名、朝鲜文域名的使用更大力推动了域名领域的技术发展。[1]

而专利通常是一项技术创新发展的直接表现，是技术研究的重要成果之一。专利包含大量技术信息、法律信息、经济信息等，专利分析就是对这些信息进行加工组合[2]，利用统计方法和技术手段直观的反映一个国家或地区的技术创新能力，反映一个产业的发展情况以及技术布局、创新能力等。……
